“First of all dealing with Austyn was a pleasure - a very nice and helpful man.
The villa is gorgeous and very comfortable with all the amenities that you could possibly need. It is peaceful and you can sit around the pool and not be overlooked. You can walk to the nearest village and supermarket. You would probably need a car if you want to explore further afield but if you are looking for a peaceful holiday, with lovely weather then I would definitely recommend this villa.
Can't wait to go back!”

“Well appointed villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lovely to be able to sit on the shaded veranda or have a dip in the pool. Had a very relaxing time a great place to recharge your batteries. Shops and amenities nice and handy but you definitely need a car to get around.

Some lovely unspoilt beaches in the area. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“Our family experienced 2 weeks if bliss staying at this villa. The accomodation is appointed to an exemplary standard to facilitate a very comfortable holiday - especially the mattresses which other properties sadly skimp on. To compliment is a most cooling, spotless swimming pool to sooth sun kissed skin, sufficiently large for gentle exercise or an inflatable comfortable chair! Just book it . . . you won't regret it!”

“We stayed for 2 weeks in August 2011 with 4 children - 3 teenage and one almost teen. The villa is finished to a very high standard and is spacious for 6 people. The village is just right - friendly restaurants, bars and shops. The quietness of the area allowed us to spend lots of valuable time together, and when the youngsters wanted a bit more noise, we went to San Pedro!
The beaches are some of the best we have ever visited and the see is beautifully warm.
A car is essential but the roads are quiet, and Murcia Airport is only 20 minutes drive away.
This is a really lovely holiday spot, whether you are a family or a group of adults. Thanks Austyn.”

“We had a great time over the Easter break. Although the weather let us down for a couple of days the location made up for it. There are lovely towns to visit, a beautiful sandy beach a stone's throw away and of course the local nature reserve which is great for walking, climbing and cycling. A week to remember!”

“Luxury accomodation, idyllic, peaceful setting. Spacious living accomodation with a lovely pool which is not over looked. A perfect location for a peaceful holiday yet shops and excellent restaurants nearby.
It was a real added bonus having Steve the caretaker nearby who can be called on at any time if any problems arise - although we didnt have any ! He was very helpful and made suggestions about places to eat and things of interest locally - he was brillliant !
We had the most wonderful relaxing holiday and couldn't recommend it highly enough - one of the best holidays we have ever had.”

We have had a fabulous 14 day holiday and aim to return next year.
