“Had a wonderful holiday with my girlfriend, sunshine all week except 10 minutes of rain on the day we arrived (quite a change from rainy Scotland!). Amazing views and the perfect place to propose, and we are now happily engaged. Area was beautiful and the supermarket in Jalon was a 10 minute drive away which suited our relaxed-holiday theme. Definitely plan on staying again in the future. Thanks to Angie, Simon, Sandy and Elaine for helping us out when we needed, and for an unforgettable setting for our first holiday.”

“fab villa, lovely views, our favourite in the Jalon Valley.”

“We had two fabulous weeks staying at the Casa Del Monte. The views were amazing and the villa had everything we could wish for during our stay. To us it felt like home and we were very sad to leave. We walked down to Jalon town which was around 40 minutes but luckily for us we got a lift back! The valley was very lush and beautiful and could be looked at from various points of the villa in its ever changing light at different times of the day and night. The villa itself had all that was needed for an enjoyable stay from cds and dvds to outstanding artwork throughout the property. We must also comment on the most wonderful gigantic comfortable master bed. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property.”

“We spent 1 week at Casa Del Monte in june 2011. Having had three family holidays in the jalon valley renting different villas I can say that it is the most impressive property that we have stayed in by a long way.Its location is ideal to enjoy a relaxing holiday but not to far away from a visit to the beach if required.
Angie who dealt with our booking had everything covered and could not have done more to help us enjoy our stay .
All of our holidays in the jalon valley will be booked through Angie at" Find The Real Spain " staying at Casa Del Monte
Thankyou For a great time”

“Beautiful villa in a fantastic location with views over the Jalon Valley. If you want to experience the real Spain then this is the place to go. Definitely need a car to get around. Plenty of restaurants in Jalon town if you don't fancy cooking. The most tranquill and relaxing holiday we've had.”

Owner's response: Thank you, Carole and Jim. Glad you enjoyed our corner of Spain!

“Villa very clean , fantastic location -better than photos. Magnificent views.

Pool was terrific however a shower is needed at pool side.

If weather normally as hot as the week we were there -then air conditioning essential.

Would have been a great holiday if it wasn't for the excess heat. (40+)”

“Beautifull villa with amazing views across the Jalon Valley. We experienced everything from fantastic sunsets to amazing electrical storms. However overall the weather was great and this villa and its great pool are a lovely place to enjoy it. A car is a must to be able to enjoy the area to its fullest. Having spent holidays in Florida we hoped that this villa would come up to the standard of the villa's we have stayed in there and it certainly did, but would benefit from air conditioning. Overall we had a fantastic time and would recommend this villa and return again in the future.”

“An absolutely stunning villa in a beautifull, tranquill position. Great customer service from Angie & her colleagues as usual. We ate beautiful food & had fantastic walks all within easy reach. Only thing that I would change would be to have Air Conditioning in the bedrooms.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The villa is very bright and spacious and we loved the lounge with the high ceiling also the long corridor upstairs with the arches overlooking the lounge. It was very airy inside during the day and most importantly very cool at night. We didn't have to use the fans.
We would higly recommend the property. The furniture was very comfortable and the garden furniture to a very high standard. Only one niggle. When opening fridge/freezer door you had to shut door between kitchen and patio. Would have stayed another month if we had the time and the money. The area was very quiet, very little traffic and peaceful at night.”

“This is by far the villa we have stayed in and we have been to the region for the last 5 years on villa holidays. We had the most wonderful stay at the villa which was perfect in every way, absolutely spotless everything you need and an absoloute pleasure to stay in such a glorious villa with such tremendous views. We were shown to the villa by the lady representing find the real spain and i must say everything was so perfectly organised that they are the only company we will be using from now on for our villa breaks. Well done Angela for forming such a professional top class villa rental agency. We would also like to recommend bar 23 in jalon who made us feel so welcome when we arrived at 1630 hungry and they sorted out a lovely roast for us. Thank you all for a perfect honeymoon stay A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++”

“Beautiful villa. Alot more spacious than it looks in the photos. Lovely pool. Fantastic views of the Jalon Valley. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Wonderful villa set in the Jalon Valley, perfectly positioned with wonderful views down towards Lliber and beyond. Booked via Findtherealspain.com whose staff were friendly, helpful and reliable. The villa interior is spacious, with two bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. The bonus of a dressing room to the master bedroom was certainly beneficial, we managed to have the entire family's clothes stored in there. The lounge area is huge with wonderfully high ceiling, and galleried dining room was a bonus.
Having experienced several days of torrential downpours (mid Sept 2009) we perhaps we able to appreciate the interior of the villa more than others! The bottle of wine and milk in the fridge are alse a nice touch and appreciated on arrival.
Outside the pool is stunning (put the pool lights on at night for effect), the loungers are excellent quality as is the outside furniture (4 x arm chairs with comfy cushions).
The Naya area has stunning views of the valley. If you like breakfast outside with great views, then this is the villa for you. Also if you do wish to eat in occassionally, enjoy the sun setting in the valley and stay in the sun until early evening enjoying the table and chairs on the Naya - you'll pay a premium for views like that from a restaurant.
We have two small toddlers (2 & 1yr olds), and with common sense this villa is perfectly safe, and a highchair was provided.
If you enjoy privacy, the villa is not really overlooked by others. The villa's are nicely spaced apart and the plot's large enough to guarantee you a feeling of space that you struggle to achieve nearer the coast (Moraira and surrounding area).
Hard to find anything anything critical to write, the only downside is the lack of a BBQ, however as our agents pointed out, this is due to local fire regulations which must be respected.
We will certainly consider a repeat booking in the future. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”
