“Not having been to Lanzarote for 25 years and this my first holiday as a single mum, I was more than a little apprehensive. I needn't have been. Lanzarote, whilst having obviously developed over the years, has lost none of its charm and beauty, with activities to cater for every taste. Our apartment was stunning, with views that you would never get board of. The complex is clean, quite and friendly, with a wonderful pool bar run by two of the nicest people I have ever met. I know this sounds 'gushy' but it was the most wonderful holiday and I would recommend the apartment, the complex (the Pool Shack!!) and Lanzarote to everyone.”

“We had a lovley time been to lanzarote many times, it was very spacious apartment very clean and well furnished we would go back to this apartment again, just a pity the pool bar was not open as it was waiting for the new owners to take over but we still had good time,we would recommend it to anyone.”

“Fantastic Apartment and Location, Friendly Bar and Reception, Helpful and Responsive Owner

My husband and I stayed in A3 at Lago Verde in February 2011. We would highly recommend A3 and the Lago Verde complex. The owner of the apartment provided a great service and responded to emails quickly, providing all the information you needed and more.

We loved the apartment which has fantastic sea views and a very good standard of decor and furnishings. It was spacious and well equipped. It had everything you needed, plus a few extras such as DVDs and books which made it feel homely. I think for couples it is a bonus that it has a proper double bed in one of the bedrooms which is not common in holiday apartments.

Reception was helpful and friendly. There is wireless internet available in reception if you wanted it. Lago Verde has a lovely pool, with plenty of sunbeds. Bernie runs a great pool bar and provides a friendly service. I particular liked the locally smoked salmon, which meant you could have a great lunch without having to move far from your sunbed. His able assistant Karen from Wales was super lovely and a pleasure to share time with.

Lago Verde is also located well with the harbour only a short walk away with lots of fabulous restaurants nearby. (Try the Madeleva for tasty fish.)

We think the apartment is very good value for money, and we would love to stay there again.

If you are going to Lanzarote, try A3 at Lago Verde and you will be hooked!”

“What a marvelous time we had last week in your wonderful apartment A3 Lago Verde. The views from the apartment are just spectacular and the apartment was perfect, spotlessly clean and well equipped. It was a real home from home.

Bernie in the poolside bar proved to be the perfect host and was most helpful. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful, in fact we had a small problem with the hot water which was dealt with immediately even though it was Sunday and was completely repaired by Monday. Great service. We hope to return again in the not too distant future .”

“This will be our 13th visit to the island,and i have to say by far the best rental we,ve stayed in, close to the old town,but not too close.Great views from the balcony,feels like a home not a rental property.

“It was myself and my partners first time to Lanzarote so I was clueless on where to stay and where to go. Fortunately I came across this lovely apartment, Lago Verde A3 suite. Well, we were not disappointed on arrival. The apartment was better than expected, great views spacious living and most importantly on arrival the apartment was clean and tidy. Dave provided us with more than enough information before flying to Puerto Del Carmen and there is also a folder packed with local information situated in the apartment. I would definitely recommend this apartment to stay in on your visit to Lanzarote, you will not be disappointed! 10/10!”

“Griffiths family August 2010- From the moment I booked this holiday it was all stress free, so easy.
The apartment was lovely all facilities and lovely and clean for our relaxing break. The pool area was never over busy and no rush to put out towels. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. Bernie who runs the bar is brill makes everyone so welcome and is a wealth of information. We will be returning as soon as possible.”

“Returned from a fantastic holiday at A3 Lago Verde, apartment was clean and well equipped for all needs, view from balcony was to die for wish I could wake up to it every morning! I would recommend anyone wishing for a relaxing comfortable holiday to book this apartment, it was spacious with everything you could think of. The complex staff were pleasant and Bernie, Michelle and Rachel at the pool bar were great, the Tuesday night barbeque was good craic with excellent food and good music. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.”

“Reluctantly have returned home after a fabulous week in this exceptional apartment. We've been to Lanzarote many times but this accommodation has been the best by far - it was tops, everything we expected and much more. The panoramic views from the balcony are indescribable - you have to be there to know what I mean, you step out and wow! it's hard to pull yourself away. I'm already planning next year's visit so will have to move fast before more people discover A3 and beat me to it!”

“From the moment we walked into the apartment we felt at home. The apartment had everything you needed (even heaters if you got cold) & was very comfortable. We managed to see a sunrise & the sun setting every evening, the view from the balcony is excellent and you can even sunbath there!!! An absolute gem. We will be booking again.”

“hi just thought i would leave a comment on my stay at apartment a3 me and my family had a very comfortable relaxing time the apartments was everything and more what i was expecting it was like a real home from home i would highly recommend the apartmet to anyone espacially those with children its fully equipt to cater for a family bedrooms were lovley and the nets on the window was a great help was and if i was ever to return to lanzarote i would definitly book apartment again also the pool bar is a great espacially ;bernie; he,s very helpful and friendly”

“We stay at this apartment for 3 weeks every March and November and could not wish for better accommodation. The views from the balcony whilst eating or just relaxing are wonderful.
The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need for a great holiday. We have stayed at other apartments at Lago Verde but this is the best we have stayed in. Roll on November.”
