“Myself and 2 daughters had a most pleasant stay here in Mid July 2011. Colin was so helpful prior to us arriving and even called us on the day we arrived to ensure all was to our liking, The apartment is in a great position, we had a lovely breeze flowing through during the day,views beautiful and a pleasure to stay here. Close to everything you will need, and just a few mins to beach too. Thanks Colin.”

“My wife and I had a great holiday in this apt. Due to the icelandic eruption our flight was cancelled for two days, colin very kindly let us stay on, it was like home from home, we will definately use this property again ,if it is free.

“We have just returned from 2 weeks stay in 'El Dorado' and cannot fault it. The apartment was in an ideal place for access to everything. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay there. We will certainly be returning.”

“have just returned from a fabuolus 2 week stay at elderado.
the apartment is lovely and cosy with a balcony overlooking the pool
being on the 5th floor the veiws from both front and back of the apartment are fantastic.
elderado is very central, which gives you loads of choice for where to eat, drink and nightlife if you are interested as all are pretty much on the doorstep.
pool is beautiful with plenty of room, not all crammed in loke the big hotels.
will definatly recommend and return

“i stayed at el dorado complex in july 2010 and loved it ,it is located near beach ,shops and a great selaction of places to eat.the complex is lovely and quiet and great for familys with young kids as it is very safe.yet you have all the lively things at your finger tips when you go out side.pool is great my kids loved it.so thanks colin and linda will use it again.”

“We were due to stay in el dorado for a week but ended up staying for two weeks due to being stranded due to volcanic ash. We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was spotless and the new pool fantastic. The apartment is very central and the owners Colin & Linda were so helpful when we got stranded. We will be sure to go back again next year.”

“we cannot fault the location every thing was near by shops resteraunts clubs pubs shopping.
apartments are a bit dated and need a facelift but looking past that we enjoyed our stay.
the apartments were clean and reception also.”

“stayed here for the first time in December a bit noisy for 3 days as the pool was being refurbished ( will look great when complete) a very quiet mostly residential block of Apartments. in a perfect area for any holiday. would recommend this Apartment as I had the sun on balcony from 0900 - 1800 and all mod cons. the only thing I would recommend the owners is for peace of mind put a safe in. ( although it is manned 24hrs at reception and I did not have any problems. there is always that little doubt..but still I would most definately return to this Apartment. can recommend. carriages down the road and the Travelers rest down the road turn right. both very friendly bars.”

“stayed in november 2009 yes work was being done on the pool but it did not spoil our holiday third time we have satyed there and will definatly go again the veranda has some great views and i am sure the pool area will look great again”

“This was an experience we would not like anyone else to endure.We were told some work was being done at the pool and it was closed just days before we arrived.In fact it was a building site,drilling machinery and compressers started at 9 till 6.Pure torture.This goes on till 20th Dec.If things were different it could be fine.So very hard to rate it”

Owner's response: a very unfare review. these clients were told about the new and improved pool being built and had the opportunity to cancel with us. (and would have received a refund ) as you can see from the reviews below we have had many clients who really enjoyed there stay. it is an unfortunate fact of life that improvements have to be done sometime and this has made the pool a better and safer place for our clients i did not hide the fact that this was being done I DID INFORM THEM. Ignore this and read reviews from people who did enjoy the apartment. all work will be finished be dec 2009

“We were the first holiday makers to use this newly refurbished apartment. We had a great time and it had everything we needed even down to English soaps on tv.
The huge fridge freezer and oven were an added bonus. Were were able to cook lovely meals and just chill out some evenings and watch some dvds.Would recommend it just for the wonderful views! Thanks again Colin”

“A great quite place to stay whether u are staying with your family or friends. The place is just round the corner from the centre where u can find lots of pubs, restaurants and clubs. But if u just want to relax by the pool or have a glass of wine in the balcony of the apartments it's gthe right place as u don't hear any noise. There are a couple of supermarkets around and a some great places to have nice and full English breakfast !”

“we stayed in this apartment at eldorado in sept 08, and must say we enjoyed ourselves very much,
the apartment is on the 4th floor and lookes out over the wonderful big swimming pool,which is always quiet & peaceful,there are loads of shops,banks and entertainment venues on your doorstep & just across from eldorado is a great chinese restaurant which we ate in every other night,if you choose to stay in this apartment you will not be dissapointed,colin & linda keep it immaculate & it has everything you need including an automatic washing machine,next time we go to tenerife we will not hesitate to stay here again”

“We had a great holiday. the appartment is very well located. We were collected from the airport which was an excellent service as it saved us having to try and explain to taxi driver where we wanted to go . The apartment was spotless with a nice pool view. i would definatly stay here again.”
