“We have now stayed at the Playa Park bungalows twice and have another visit booked for March. . The fixtures and fittings are of a high standard and contain all of the items you would need. They are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The complex is very peaceful. It has an excellent pool with ample sun beds and shades. The complex is situated in a quiet location, yet it is in easy reach of the beaches and restaurants.
Susan and Paul make the booking process very easy and ensure that everything is in order during your visit
I suppose the best recommendation is the fact the we have returned and will return again.”

“the bungalow was very clean nicely decorated,lovely ivory leather sofas.the bathroom as an excellent large shower area.outside is very clean and tidy,quiet and nice alfresco dining area.very well located,walking distance to both matagorda and puerta del carmen 5 minute walk to supermarket.”

“just got back from our 2 week holiday at playa park bungalow. what can we say wonderful couple that manage the bungalows they are honest and very helpful with anything you need to ask them. the bungaows are 1st class very well equiped with every thing you need its like being home from home very clean and spacious and very comfortable. we found the whole holiday the best we have had and we travel abroad alot 3 times a year many thanks again to susan an paul 1st class xxx”

“Home from home! We were all ill on our last day (no fault of the bungalows) and it was lovely to cuddle up in front of the telly in our PJ's and watch "telly from home"
Great situation within walking distance of restaurants, beaches etc... Had a great time.”

“Our second time this year staying in Playa Park and again it was brilliant.
Paul and Susan were very helpful and made sure that even the little things that can make a difference were supplied. Paul went above the call of duty and took me golfing which was great.
The pool area has had a revamp and looks even nicer.
The fact that we have booked already for next year shows what we think of the holiday experience in Playa Park.”

“We have been coming to Lanzarote for many years (and have stayed at lots of places) and were looking for somewhere quiet and comfortable to stay. This location met all of our requirements. The bungalow was well equipped and was clean and tidy.
We also met Paul (owner) on a number of occasions who ensured that we had no problems.
The pool and pool area was kept clean and tidy and met our needs. The grounds were also well maintained.
I suppose the best test for any accommodation is whether you would stay there again and on that point it must have been good because we have booked it again.”

“We were looking somewhere peacefull to stay and chill we read the reports and they were bang on quiet,spacious,clean and the pool was good Paul and Susan were superb picked up at the airport on time Paul went out his way to get us an aircon unit as the temps soared and got us back to the airport no probs Great!what more could you want. the bungalow was spacious beds were comfy kitchen was fine ( the fridge was cool and the cooker worked fine the shower was great) almost a home from home in the sun. As Arnie said " i'll be back "”

“Arrived home yesterday after a brilliant stay on the lovely holiday complex of Playa Park, Puerto Del Carmen. The bungalow was excellent, clean, spacious and well equipped. The welcome pack of tea/coffee/milk etc was most appreciated after a late flight in. The terrace is large and has comfortable furniture that we used most days for breakfast in the sun. The gardens are very clean and well kept. In general a quiet and friendly location. The bungalows are just a few minutes walk from the sea front, shops, bars, internet cafe, etc. My wife and I would highly recommend both Playa Park bungalows and there location and we shall be visiting again very soon. Thanks to Paul for the airport transfers direct to the bungalow door and all his helpful advice.”

“Very comfortable and well equipped but no maid service and no change of bedding unless staying 10 days or more although there is a small washing machine which is handy for light items.
Nice quiet location with very clean and well kept gardens, nice pool area but personally not keen on fixed umbrellas it was very hot during our stay and could have done with a few more. A booklet explaining how equipment works would be handy, we found the english washing machine instructions by accident a few days into our stay. The aforementioned are not intended as complaints but purely constructive criticism.”

Owner's response: All bookings over 7 nights have a spare set of linens provided as a matter of course. Futhermore, we the owners/managers, live in Lanzarote and are always on hand to provide anything extra required to ensure our guests comfort, or, to answer any queries that may arise. We provide a door to door airport transfer service, most visitor questions are dealt with at this time or during their stay. Unfortunately, if guests do not make us aware of any problems or requirements until after their departure we are unable to be of further assistance to them, as in this example.

“we stayed there for 2 weeks in november,a great location near the beach,lovely beach walks in both directions.nice pool area,Paul and Susan available to help if required;but not intrusive.They also offer a pickup service at the airport. .the bungalow was lovely,and is being upgraded further according to Paul.the only crib would be no soap in the sink?.a small square especially if you:re arriving late at night,or maybe let people know they should bring some.we also found the fridge never got very cold,but maybe thats a local issue.we would definitely recommend this location”

“Been going to lanzarote for the last 20 years. The Playa Park Bungalows are the best place we have stayed. Just been again for the second time and took my elderly parents. They really loved it. Its so clean and modern with everything you need. The location is brill too, not to busy but plenty to do with lots of lovely places to eat and drink. Paul and Susan are lovely and very helpful. Paul collected us from the airport and dropped us back again with no fuss! Oh and the weather was just perfect hot and sunny every day! Can't wait for next year!”

“Stayed in 2008 September - missed out 2009 (Portugal and hated it) - going back in 2010 in June for a week and may see how I'm fixed to do another week at the end of August with grandkids. Lovely and peaceful but plenty of shops, bars, restaurants etc. within a very close walking distance. Friendly complex and no rushing for the sunbeds - even at midday there are still plenty to have. Safe at night and I'm a woman who travels on my own. Never felt unsafe. Susan and Paul are friendly, but not intrusive. Always on hand if necessary. Love it, Love it, Love it.”

“This was a home from home experience for us. These bungalows are well maintained and have all you will need including a washing machine. Paul and Susan are very friendly. They will try their best to accomodate you in all that you need. The pool is kept clean and so too are the gardens surrounding the bungalows. Only a short walk away from the sea front where all the shops and eateries are. The front was nice and flat as we were glad as we had a buggy with us. Would highly recommend coming to Puerto Del Carmen and you will not regret staying at these lovely bungalows. We cant wait to come back again in July this year.”

“Not having been to Lanzarote before,we had to make decisions about rental property without prior knowledge,boy,did we strike lucky.We required a small house/apartment but bigger than a hotel room with separate facilities;being pensioners we did not want anywhere in the"young and lively"area but yet someplace where we had access to restaurants and stores without having to rent a car for the whole of our stay.If however,you want loud music,bars and a party atmosphere,I suggest you look elsewhere.
The bungalow complex is delightful,quiet,well-landscaped,clean and restful and each property seemed to be maintained to a high standard,we could not think of anything that we lacked to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.Susan and Paul were helpful,friendly and professional without being intrusive.
We would certainly recommend this accommodation.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Playa Park. Susan and Paul were a great help organising the trip and arranging airport transfers. The accommodation was bright, clean, well-equipped and had all mod-cons including a washing machine! The resort itself is very well kept and clean. No problem at all getting poolside everyday and there was plenty of room. Accommodation was in a quiet area - and only 10 minutes or so walk to Puerto del Carmen. We would definitely stay again.”

“My husband and I stayed at Playa Park Bungalows from the 20th Sept to 18th Oct 2009.We cannot recommend it highly enough.Our bungalow no 9 had everything we required for our stay,we had washing machine(essential) for a long stay,microwave 2 ring cooker and oven,kettle,iron,tv with rte bbc utv etc,dvd,books dvds linen change weekly towels supplied.
We were within walking distance of all amenities,supermarkets etc.The strip with all restaurants,San Antonio Hotel for nightly entertainment was just a short stroll away.
Paul and Susan were on hand and accessible at all times and extremely pleasant and welcoming.Also we were picked up on our arrival and departure to the airport for a very reasonable fee which took the hassle of queueing for buses or taxis away.
We will definitely return to Playa Park,it has a lovely peaceful atmosphere and is an ideal spot for anyone who just wants to chill out and relax for a week or even 4 like we did.

“Stayed at Playa Park bungalows in March 09. Had a wonderful relaxing stay. Bungalow was very nicely furnished with everything you could need - well equipped kitchen and a fantastic shower!
Pool and surrounding area was nice and quiet with more than enough sun loungers for everyone.
Location was just right for local shops and restaurants - about a 5 min walk at most, and close to the beach. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday.”
