“Had a lovely time in this appartment block, the bar staff were very friendly and helpful, and the complex was well situated for all facilities. The appartment had a lovely view from the balcony and had a well appointed kitchen. The living area was clean, but unfortunately the bathroom was not! There was visable dirt on the water pipes, the woodwork, and the bathroom door, and there was black mould on the shower seal. The price of the appartment was very reasonable, but I was very disappointed with the condition of the bathroom.”

“Just returned from a lovely break at Vanessa's apartment. The views are beautiful, the sun is on the balcony for most of the day so the umbrella is very handy. It is very clean and has everything you could wish for. The appartment is at the top of the complex which is very handy for the supermarket, restaurants and bars - Marios was top of my list! We hope to go back soon and would recommend it to our friends.”

“Had a great time at San Francisco ,the apartment was excellent had everything you need,and the views are just amazing,the location is perfect with a supermarket on your doorstep as well as a few bars and restaurants...also has a pool bar serving drinks and snacks all day and a weekly barbeque and quiz,everyone was really friendly.I would definitely recommend this apartment,and would definitely go back.....”

“we have just returned from vanessa,s wonderful apartment. having spent two fantastic weeks there, it was just as we remembered it ,very clean and welcoming. views to die for. I would like to thank vanessa for the bottle of champagne we enjoyed it on my husbands birthday. If you want a good night out go to Jakes bar just round the corner fab food and great people(thanks karl) hopefully will be back again next year.”

“K and B Tams Staffs.First thing I must stay is how very kind and helpful Vanessa the owner is.
This is our second stay in this large studio we had a great time very clean and modern large balcony fantastic views over looking the sea,everything so close at hand with the Spar shop 3minuets walk away and very reasonable no fleecing you there,the Montana Tropical also 5mins away with very cheap food and drinks, for what you pay the food is excellent.
Anybody wanting a get away relaxing hol this studio is a must,yes some spots are quiet hilly but you just take your time my hubby is 75 and myself 69 so no spring chickens but we have no probs at all in fact if you don't want you need not leave this lovely studio and complex.”

“Stayed in this apartment for 1 week 15-22nd February 2011. Well presented, very comfortable,the views are absolutely wonderful. Being near the top of the property, the supermarket was just 50 Yards away. The best of everything very peaceful yet close to all Puerto Del Carmen old town has to offer.”

“we have just returned from san francisco 2 vanessa s studio apartment and it was one of the best holidays we have had the room was great clean and comfortable the views were fantastic and the people there were very friendly we have stayed in expensive hotels in the past but this was the best quite and within easy walk to puerto del carmen thank you vanessa we will be back next year . val from west midlands”

“We'd just like to than Vanessa for accomodating us at her lovely apartment on the San Francisco 11 complex. Everything was as it should be, but having stayed in other apartments on the complex in the past and others nearby, we felt that this one offered just that bit more. The view over to Fuertaventura is superb and the large balcony has the unusual benefit of offering both sun and shade right through the day. The other main benefits are that the apartment is in a quiet position and at the top of the complex with very good access to the supermarket, bars and restaraunts and is unaffected by the comings and goings of other visitors.
Thank you Vanessa for your hospitality and for making everything so nice for us. We'll certainly be coming back.Paul & JulieE”

“It is our second visit to the San Francisco 2 apartments chosen for their fantastic views over the harbour. The apartment was very well appointed and great value for money. Vanessa the apartment owner was also very pleasant and efficient to deal with. As a bonus the weather was also excellent over the Christmas and New Year period. The location is great, but wouldn't be suitable for the elderly or disabled due to the steep hills and many steps.

balcony with two sunbeds and chairs. Just a 5 minute walk takes to supermarket,bars and restuants.”

“Hi We have just returned form sanfrancisco 2 apartments they are brill the complex is so so friendly its like home from home, we have now stayed there many many times and never get sick of it. gesa the lady who takes care of everything who is in reception is like a family member she threw her arms around us as soon as she saw us, nothing to much for her. the complex is very very clean and not too big even the guy who looks after the pool and complex upkeep always talks to you . we stayed in 401 apartment we have had this several times now , private one we loved it over looking the sea and haveing breakfast every morning on the balcony, devo recomend this complex . sandra&dave xxxxxxxxxxx”

“We have been going to Puerto del Carmen for 11 years and always stay in the Old Town.The studio we had at San Francisco II was ideally placed for shops,bars,restaurants and easy downhill access to the harbour and beach with the local bus service close by.The studio itself,although basic,had everything we needed and more ( microwave,iron & board,hairdryer,room fan,tv,safe etc)and the bed linen and towels were fresh and in good condition.We will certainly be going back to that studio.”

“Tired & Outdated. The current charges for the apartment do not reflect the improvements made to S/C accomodation now available in Lanzarote. You would expect a modern update to the original apartments I first stayed in here in 1978. An example would be to now have a proper door to the shower & toilet for standards of privacy expected today.”
