“Stayed at the apartment on the 4th May 2011 and yet again had a fantastic holiday,3rd time we have stayed and will book again soon.Apartment is clean pleasent and has all the mod cons needed for an excellent stay in Tenerife,location is brilliant to get to all the attractions on offer with excellent bars,shops and restaurants within one minutes walk.Excellent security also with only residents able to get on the complex,with two swimming pools.
Alan and Helen are both excellent people to book with always friendly and helpful..”

“Had a lovely 2 week stay at this apartment everything was as it should be and the place was spotless.

The balcony is a wee sun trap and we enjoyed the home from home feeling of this apartment.
We would certainly use this apartment again.”

“Very nice apartment, in a good location for shops,beach.supermarkets and restaurants.
Any faults or problems you may get regarding the apartment are quickly sorted out by on call personnel via Mr Rogers. My wife and I spent two weeks in this apartment finding it well
equipted with most of home comforts and the use of two swimming pools. Which were very
nice , but visiting in January were very cold ,being not heated. This being our only criticism we
are planning to go back next year at the same time.”

just like to say what a nice apartment you have very clean and good layout.
we enjoyed our stay two great weeks and the location is spot on bars and
resteraunts only minutes away.having a safe in apartment was a bonus.
i would have liked midweek towels change but we managed ok.
i would definitly go again and look forward to it.”

“High Security. Spacious and clean apartment. Sun on balcony most of day. Very close to shops and pedestrianised walkways to beaches and prom. No gripes, and only 2 things we can think of as improvements..having only one set of keys caused a couple of headaches, as hubby was in pool and needed keys to get in and later I decided I would like to go to the shops and needed keys to lock up and get out of complex. Just means you have to be on your guard logistically if you want to do things separately. As we shower daily, sometimes twice having a clean set of bath towels in middle of week would have been a bonus especially as launderette was closed. Saying that ..the towels provided were huge and good quality.”

“Just spent two weeks in the Ocean Park Apartment and had a really good holiday. The apartment is lovely and clean and provided everything we needed. Location was great and near to everything. Pool was lovely and quiet most of the time. Cushions for the sun loungers would have been welcome. It was lovely to meet Alan and Helen whilst we were there. We would certainly use this apartment again.”

“Stayed in this apartment for a week over Easter, highly recommended, lovely apartment on small complex, two pools to choose from and the couple who run The Admiral Bar on site are lovely, very friendly. Excellent location, close to everything you could possibly want. Short transfer of about 15 minutes from the airport. Would return without hestitation, although we did experience a little music noise from the Soul City Bar closeby but that certainly wouldn't stop is returning and this matter has been taken up by the owner directly with the bar so has been addressed satisfactorily. Recommended.”

“hello to everyone my name is pat i just want to say that myself and my husband dave has stayed in this appartment on several occasions the place is fab .we love tenerife and it helps when u have somewhere lovely to stay 4 a couple of weeks its very private and very secure u also feel very safe the people are very friendly we have booked to go in july 4 two weeks and we booked 4 two more weeks in november.their is plenty to do there is the new siam park which is a great park and we highly recomend you visit there is plenty of bars resurants . the beach is only a few minutes away and its lovely the appartment has everything u need also there is plenty of entertainment”

“We have had a really nice time at this apartment. It was exceptionally clean and very well presented, it had everything you could need, a real home away from home. It was really secure and had no worries whatsoever about the complex. The complex, grounds and pool area are very well looked after. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and we will definitely book this apartment again in the future. Lastly we would like to say a big thank you to the owners they looked after us very well and let us know that they were there for any needs that may have arisen, which they didnt. We would without a doubt place this property with a high recommendation.”

“The property is in a central location with a large supermarket a short walk away. Comfortable rooms with a spacious balcony.
A good property for people with some walking difficulty as it is located on the ground floor (just a few steps outside). The property is secure (a gated community) and the swimming pool area is very good. We stayed in the apartment in January 08 and we plan to return again.”

“We have stayed in this appartment and its absolutley fantastic, we was their last november for two weeks we r going again this november 2009 for two weeks and we have also booked it for next july for two weeks and again in november 2010. We love it there. The appartment itself is very spacious there is every thing u need even down to hair straiteners for ur hair girls its also very prand last but not least the weather is great ivate there is no risks of anyone breaking in as it has big iron gates and u have ur own key to get in and out of the property the appartment also contains a safe deposit box the beaches are awsome the entertainment is plentiful and there are lots of places to visit the new siam park is a must for all holiday makers and last but not least the weather is great plenty of resterantswith good food plenty of bars i would recomend it to anyone.”

“We had a most enjoyable stay in the apartment, it is exceptionally clean and very well cared for. The apartment is in an ideal location and is very quiet at night which makes for a good sleep in comfy beds. There is a very good sized terrace with table, chairs and sun lounger, it has the sun for most of the day. The internal furnishings are of really good quality and well cared for. You have not got a sea view but that is of little importance when you get a really nice apartment like this. We would certainly recommend and use this apartment again without hesitation.”
