“This villa really is a great place to stay in Menorca because you are close to shops, beaches and restaurants but you are living in a detached property with a large, interesting and well-kept garden, a private swimming pool and in a residential area. You can spend either the morning or afternoon at the property and go out for the rest of the time. It is quiet and equipped to a high standard, including air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, Perfect for a relaxing holiday and in keeping with the the atmosphere on the island in general. One important note, though: a hire car is essential for getting around the sights, beaches, shops and restaurants with the minimum of hassle. All in all, highly recommended.”

“We loved staying at this villa. We were 4 adults and two toddlers. The property was perfect for us. The location of the villa is superb if you are looking for somewhere quiet yet close to 2 towns. We found them within walking distance as they're both about a mile away. The info pack from the owners is second to none and they will do anything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We would recommend this villa to everyone.”

“This lovely villa is set in a scluded garden at the end of a drive. It is well maintained with everything you could possibly need for a good holiday - an excellent welcome pack, a pool with easy access steps, a barbecue area, even British tv if you want to keep up to date with volcano clouds! The owner's directions made it an easy drive drive from the airport and we would recommend a car to take you into town. It meant that we could easily find and try out the excellent restaurants in Es Castell and Mahon, replensih supplies from the nearby big supermarket or explore the many beautiful sandy bays and beaches around the island. If you want exciting nightlife then you will need to visit Mahon, but we preferred the peace and tranquility of the garden and pool area. We also tried walking part of the coastal bridleway amongst the mass of Spring flowers, enjoying the amazing sea views as we went. The weather in April was wonderfully sunny and we shall certainly be tempted back again. We really do recommend this villa for families or groups of friends of any age.”

“A superb and very well-run holiday home, complete with all modern conveniences including a lovely private swimming pool. Near to lots of good beaches and the town of Es Castell which features a delightful waterfront setting, completely free of traffic and with lots of good restaurants and very reasonable prices. We would particularly recommend the property for families, including those with young children and babies. The property is detached and beautifully quiet - and for British visitors, you won't need to miss your favourite TV programmes with a fully-equipped satellite installation with all UK channels. We would also recommend hiring a car to get around, something which the owner can arrange at special prices if you book early.”

“Excellent location between Es Castell and Mahon within walking distance of both (although if you are elderly a car is preferable) Peaceful and private setting, lovely pool and pretty, well kept gardens. Clean, comfortable and well equipped accommodation and generous welcome pack provided. Only one small suggestion for improvement, I think towel change could be twice a week instead of once. The owner, Mr Perry, sent an information pack prior to our holiday which was full of helpful information, instructions and directions. We would have no hesitation booking again we had a lovely holiday.”

Owner's response: Thank you "Mick" for your constructive feedback. I am contacting my local manager today to see if we can put in a twice weekly towel change asap and I'm sure this is going to be possible. (Owner).

“Although we have stayed on the island many times this was our first visit to this villa - and it was superb in every way. Ian, the owner, provides full documentation before setting off on holiday so that when there, you are familiar with all that you need to know. And he has thougtht of everything needed to make guests feel at home. The facilities in the house were excellent and the pool, garden, BBQ and patio were just right for a rleaxing holiday. The booking of a car (via Ian) was easy and enabled us to get to those out of the way beaches and places to indulge in our favourirte occupation - walking / hiking to discover those hidden gems. The villa is in a quiet residential area and it is easy to walk into Mahon and / or Es Castell where (in both places) there are many excellent restaurants. So thank you Ian for a wonderful and relaxing experience”

“Fabulous Villa in a great location. This is our second visit and it won't be our last. It is like a home from home with everything there, lovely pool and even Digital Television on which my husband was able to watch the Cup Final !! The owners are lovely and the information on the Villa and Beaches, places to visit etc were extensive. We always hire a car, arranged for us at a great rate by the owners and visit lots of beaches and coves during the day. The Villa is within walking distance to both Es Castell and Mahon where there are lots of lovely shops and restaurants, so we tend to eat out each night.
We will be there again next year.”

“A great holiday in a lovely villa on a beautiful island. The location is great for airport access, for the capital of Mahon and for the many attractions and beauty spots on that part of the island. I will go back next year.”

“There are many things which make this particular villa very special. Firstly, its location is ideal. It is located in a small quiet village on the east side of the island, close to the capital Mahon and within walking distance of the lovely town of Es Castell. Both Mahon and Es Castell offer very good eating places - the harbour front at Mahon has a promenade of restaurants of all types – whilst in Es Castell and nearby Cala Font /Cala Cobb you can find some lovely typical Spanish eateries. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, surrounded by other Spanish and some English residents . You live here as the Spanish do, within their community as opposed to being within a holiday complex with other holiday makers. There is a good supermarket in the village along with a local bar and chemist. What however makes this villa so special is the owner’s attention to detail both inside and outside. Inside it is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday and even, if needed, DVD’s and satellite television in English. The kitchen is well stocked and the welcome pack is considerable. The villa is very clean and is well maintained. Outside, within its own walled garden with its own private driveway is the lovely pool, designed with roman steps into make getting in or out much easier. This makes it ideal for both young and old, and when very hot allows you sit in the pool with a glass on the side – so relaxing!!! The well stocked garden is visited by a local gardener and the pool is regularly maintained. The veranda is a lovely place to be during the evening to just sit and relax with a glass or two. Admittedly you don’t have a view of the sea, but be assured you have the peace and quiet which more than makes up for the lack of view. We feel that a car is essential whilst staying at this villa though it is only a short walk to the bus route into Mahon.”

“We have stayed at this villa for two consecutive years now and expect to stay many more times in the future( only ten minutes from the airport). The villa is situated in a residantial area so night times are peacefull, this coupled with the lovely terrace and BBQ area makes dining al fresco a pleasure. A car is a must we feel to fully appreciate what is on offer, 5 minutes to Es Castell( A feel good fishing village with with boats coming and going, evening shops and stalls and large choice of places to eat), 5 minutes to Mahon the capital( all the shopping and eating places you would expect of a capital and a huge marina full of stunning yachts with restaurants the full length of the strip. Beaches are plentifull in any direction and close by provided you have a car( driving in menorca is easy, it's only a small island so how lost can you get?!). Back to the villa! air conditioned, lots of video's, games, pool toys etc to entertain kids, the pool temperature was perfect(end of august) and we spent hours in there. The villa owners make everthing easy and straightforward for an enjoyable stay, providing you with maps, tips etc, a bit of local knowledge go's a long way.. We recommend this villa and shall be returning..”
