“we have just arrived home from lanzarote this app is great the balcony gets the sun from early morning till evening lynda is brilliant as she allways is she can not do enough to help plenty of bed linen and towels she even gives us beach towels we liked this app so much have booked for 4wks next year thanks lynda for all your special touches”

“We stayed at Gerry's apartment in El Baranquillo 14-21 Sept 2011. We must say the apartment is excellent, very clean and comfortable and extremely well equipped. Lynda (the manager) picked us up at the airport and showed us to the apartment. She provided us with milk and large water for our arrival, along with loads of other goodies. What a lovely touch! Nothing was too much trouble for her and we would recommend people take her up on her offer to do your airport transfers.The complex is very quiet and it was a real pleasure to stay there. The location is very central for the bars and shops - especially La Ola cafe and restaurant which we used several times. We were delighted to learn the place had been re-opened after having been closed for a couple of years. It really is like sitting in paradise when you are there! It is only less than 5 mins walk away from the apartment too. An extremely pleasant stay in Baranquillo and would highly recommend it to people. Thank you Gerry and Barbara and (not forgetting) the wonderful Lynda!”

“Enjoyed our stay. Apartment well equipped and nice big living room/kitchen area. The large balcony was great very pleasant to sit and relax ,overlooking lovely laid out garden.A very central area but also quite quiet. Plenty good restaurants nearby and reasonably priced.”

“A great apt on a great complex,very private had the pool to our selves all holiday,there were 19 in our party and we all stayed on the same complex as the owner of this apt can give u a ladys phone number who can get the other apts for u if theres a large group of u apart from single sex parties only families. The apt was very clean and spacious,massive balcony which is a sun trap,we had a few meals out there on the table and chairs also two lovely sun loungers,the beds were comfy,ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms was lovely,the shower was fantastic also.Theres a really large spar shop 2 mins walk away(sells everything),the beach front with loads of resturants and shops are only 5 mins walk away,would highly recommend this apt.”

“Stayed here in september 2010 very comfey apartmet, short walk to beach,bars and restrants.
Balcony is a real sun trap. Apartment was super clean and had every thing we needed. We would say here again no problem.”

“Although the apartment is in an excellent position, and is a very good sized apartment, it would be a massive improvement if air conditioning was installed and also a plug socket in the front bedroom. Kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plastic containers etc could do with being replaced. Otherwise the apartment is in an excellent position, not too far from the beach and all the bars and restaurants and is a very good size apartment with very large balcony. This is my 3rd stay at the apartment in 12 months and we would go back again. Prices are very reasonable all year round as well.”

Owner's response: Hi Heather,
Would love aircon for our own comfort ,however you may have noticed similar properties with aircon cost double our rental figure.
We visit property every Jan ,& pans/utensils are reviewed /replaced as neccessary,so I hope during your next stay you will see the improvements,(& i'll tell you where the plug is in front bedroom)
