“Great apartment, all you want and more. love the privacy and the all day sunshine on the terrace. Good local restaurants, Have an afternoon or two at the pool bar for good banter with tank and Dominic. Stroll along the promanade, stopping at the el toledo, for great views. Up to the town for plenty more bars and restaurants. Also the crown pub on the complex has great pub grub (Dont miss friday afternoon with the irish band). A bus ride to Arrecife is 1.20 for a day out. Will be back very shortly. Cant wait to stay again.”

“We have just had a 6 week stay in this fabulous apartment, it was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, the sun shines on the balcony all day which is a 10/10 for us,on arrival we had a welcome pack so we could get the kettle on for a cuppa,the towels in the apartment were delightful they were fluffy and white and changed every week as was the bedding by a lovely lady named Sue. We also liked being so close to the supermarket and the many bars and restaurants just over the road. The gate at the rear of complex takes you onto the promenade and lovely walks, the complex is very clean and there is a pool bar. Having english channels on tv was a bonus for the nights we wanted to stay in with a take away pizza from just outside the complex - thank you Gill for letting us stay in your lovely apartment”

“This was our first time at this apartment and also booking independently and we weren’t disappointed. We were very impressed with the way Gill dealt with our enquiry and to the speed in which she responded to our emails, nothing was too much trouble. We had an excellent stay and so as not to repeat what has been said before we agree with all previous reviews. “Our fourth holiday at this apartment and our best yet. As usual everything was spot on it gets more like home every year. All amenities to hand, clean and spacious ideal for a relaxing break away. The weather was beautiful whilst we were their and we made the most of this from the apartment patio which receives the sun all day long. Being on the top floor only three floors up it gets extremely warm but you can then move under the canopy on the patio and sit at the table for a relaxing cool drink.

The local restaurants are all of a good standard at reasonable prices.

Looking forward to our next years holiday we were there three weeks and could have stayed longer.

“another wonderful stay in this apartment, very spacious, clean, well equipped, and with lovely seaviews, the complex is very clean and well maintained, and has plenty of sunbeds around both pools, there are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and plenty in the town, which is about 10-15 minute walk away, enjoyed the holiday so much, we already booked again for next year.

“Returned yesterday from our second visit to Apartment 100 ( our 2nd home!) Once again, a fabulous stay from which we didn't want to come home. We knew we would have everything we could need once we arrived and we weren't disappointed. The apartment is so clean, bright, spacious and comfortable. Lots of added extras which make the holiday even better. Everything around the complex is clean and well kept. Many thanks to Dom and his gang at the pool bar who all work so hard to keep the guests happy and relaxed, and who made a special fuss of my daughter on her birthday whilst we were there. Resort excellent, everything you need on the doorstep or within a 15 minute walk along the beautiful promenade. We are absolutely gutted that next year's dates are already booked. Will have to be quicker next time!! Whoever decides to book this accommodation will not be disappointed. Happy holidays!!”

“What a perfect place to recharge your batteries. Fantastic apartment spacious and clean with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Complex was quiet and very well maintained with a good sized pool for swimming and a sunbed always available.
The promenade from the complex to the resort of Costa Teguise has been thoughtfully and tastefuly developed and the walk to the beaches along the promenade is pleasurable . We managed to do some great snorkling from the first two beaches you arrive at from the complex and you don't have to swim far from shore to find some interesting sights.
Restaurants directly outside the complex were good value for money but for something a little more authentic there are some great Tapas restaurants in the main resort.
If you want to see a bit more of the island then it is worth hiring a car as the excursions can be a bit pricey especially if like us you are a family of five.
We will deffinitely be booking this apartment again in the very near future.”

“A fantastic appartment which was well equiped and spacious. The complex itself is beautiful with a good sized pool to swim in and a sunbed always available. We did some great snorkling on the beach after Bastian and recommend you give it a try as you don't need to swim far from shore before you encounter lots of sea life. This was our second time in Costa Teguise and we were all really impressed with how the promenade had been developed and meant that walking into the resort was pleasurable.
Whilst the complex itself was very relaxing our teenage daughters still manged to find some livelier venues in Cost Teguise and were out frequently.
The restaurants outside the complex were as good as most you find in the main resort on the whole and good value for money but our favourite place was patio canarian tapas? which is in the main resort.
My only concern about this holiday is whether the dates i want for next year are available esecially as i have been recommending it to friends and family since returning to UK.”

“We booked this apartment after reading the reviews and I have to say Apartment 100 is exceptional value for money, it is exactly as per the advertisement and I agree with all the previous reviews. It is very spacious and extremely clean with fantastic views and a lovely sun terrace which is a sun trap. It is in an excellent location with some great restaurants nearby.”

“We loved everything about this apartment, the view, the terrace, the space, it really did feel like home from home but with the added bonus of the sun.
There were plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses all matching no oddments which was nice, you could definitely tell the owners care and look after this property. We would highly recommend and we will definitely return.”

“Have stayed at this apartment on several occassions and the standards have always been top. The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable. It is well situated for all the good bars and restaurants and there is a beautiful walk way right along the beach. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone.”

“We have now stayed in 100 Las Coronas three time and have found it excellent every time. It is light and bright and very clean with a fantastic sun terrace. Costa Teguise is a lovely resort and the local authority has done a great job of improving the costal walkway and the town.”

“We spent 2 weeks at Las Coronas at the end of February. I must say we were not disappointed with the apartment and complex - it has everything you need. I would support all the positive staments made by previous reviewers so no need to repeat anything unnecessarily. Well-situated, close to the playa and a range of restaurants - its all you need. We enjoyed a very peaceful and relaxing fortnight and I would have no doubts about recommendations to others and in fact going back in the future. Thanks Gill for all your help and advice.

“One of our many return visits to the penthouse. Again, it met all our expectations. It is ideally located with many bars and restaurants in walking distance and the centre of Costa Teguise is a 15 min walk or 2 minute taxi drive away.
I highly recommend this apartment, but beware, you will be spoilt and will find it difficult to find a similar holiday for the same price and up to the excellent standard.”

“The apartment could not be faulted it has everything you need, spotlessly clean, very spacious throughout and 3 huge settees for comfort, the the pool and areas were very quite and very clean and a very good pool bar, the apartment was excellent for sea views and the sun all day, the local restaurants(across the road) all served very good quality food and at a very competitive price,we ate at The Fishersmans Inn for 21 days (breakfast & evening meal) it is not worth the cost of cooking your own meals, breakfast 2 euro's evening meal 6 euro's to 12 euro's. Only one hiccup and that is the TV reception goes pear shaped of an evening (Island problem) but you don't go on holiday to watch TV?, there are plenty of DVD and Videos for the kids and board games. Do not hesitate to use this apartment.”

Regarding the TV there has been a problem with the reception and as you said this does seem to be an Island problem, however the community are looking into trying to improve the reception on the complex. “We have just had a fantastic holiday in Costa Teguise staying in 100 Las Coronas, this was our first time at this resort and it was everything we wanted it to be. The apartment is excellent, very well equipped, spacious and clean and in an ideal location. The resort is great with some lovely restaurants we also had some nice walks along the promenade stopping for refreshments along the way. We feel totally relaxed. “Here we are again on our holidays in this gorgous apartment. `home from home`. We have been here for two weeks and it is our 3rd time holidaying at this accomodation, each year it gets better everything you need is to hand and of a good standard. There are stunning uninterupted Sea Views from the private balcony, The balcony has been enhanced by the owners extending the sun canopy to offer shade if required as this is a Penthouse and the temperatures on the balcony often reach 30 degrees, it is nice to be able to seek the shade whenever you need it. The apartment is situated in an ideal position for good quality resturants which are all reasonably priced . We are looking forward to our fourth holiday next year at this excellent accomodation next September.”

“Just returned from spending two weeks at Apartment 100. What can I say! We didn't want to come home. Everything you need and more is provided within this spacious, clean and very well presented apartment. It really is the best apartment we have stayed in and we very much look forward to returning hopefully next year. Situated in a very friendly complex with excellent pool facilities, within easy reach of several bars/restaurants/shops on your doorstep. Or a 10/15 minute stroll along the pleasant beach promenade takes you into the town centre where you will find lots more fabulous restaurants/bars. The 39 steps up to the penthouse really was worth it and helped to work of the many delicious meal we had during our stay. The children felt totally at home and I was happy that they were completely safe within the apartment and on the complex. Many thanks Gill for all your help before our arrival. We will definitely be in touch.”

“5th time at this apartment, and it certainly wont be our last, we are already planning for next year.
The apartment is very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need for your stay.
The sun terrace is large and has plenty of sunbeds and it gets the sun all day, but the owners have recently had the pergola covered, which gives the benefit of some shade should you need it.
The complex is well maintained with a large pool and a seperate heated childrens pool.
There are tennis courts, gym, poolbar, carhire shop, tapas bar and a german restaurant on site, there are also plenty of other restaurants and shops nearby or take a 10 minute walk into town along the promenade with beautiful seaviews, everything you need for an enjoyable holiday.”

“We had a lovely time at this apartment, it exceeded our expectations. It is light, airy and very clean, it is very well maintained. The sun terrace was an added bonus we spent many a day and evening on there relaxing with our G & T and just watching the world go by. “This apartment is definitely good value for money, it has everything you could possibly need to make your stay a happy one, no hidden extras what you see is what you get. It is very well maintained, clean and spacious with stunning views. We loved Lanzarote we hired a car for a few days and explored the Island visiting some of the attractions listed in the information brochure that was provided in the apartment. We will definitely be returning to visit the rest of the Island and we hope to make 100 Las Coronas our base. Thanks for letting us have the use of your lovely apartment.”

“Fabulous apartment, on a very nice complex, the apartment is spotless throughout, very spacious with all home comforts. The children enjoyed the selection of games, books and DVDs that the owners provided as well as buckets, spades and inflatables. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, also a Ten Pin bowling alley and ball pool which kept the children entertained. We would definitely recommend.”

“Hi, it was our first visit to this lovely apartment but it certainly won't be
our last. It is spotlessly clean, spacious and in a great location. The owners
have really worked hard to make this an home from home apartment there is
everything you can possibly need, plenty of crockery and cutlery, games, books,
DVDs, bucket and spades, sewing kit, I could go on and on. I would highly

“Brilliant apartment - excellent location. We have just come home from staying in the Las Coronas for a week. Like home from home with everything at hand that you would ever need. Very clean throughout. The sun terrace had the sun (when it came out!) from 11am until it went around 7pm. I would highly recommend this apartment for young and old. Only snag was the 40 odd steps up to the apartment - so if you are not able to do stairs then it maybe a problem but this is the only minus side to the lovely apartment.

Thanks Gill - We will be using the apartment again and will tell our friends what a lovely time we had in it.”

“We have used this apartment on several occasions and have found it to be the best and most well equipped two bedroom accommodation in the area and excellent value for money. It is very convenient for local restaurants and bars almost on the doorstep. The rear entrance to the complex leads to a newly built promenade giving a pleasant stroll into the main part of the resort. We thoroughly recommend.””

“An attractive clean, well maintained, spacious apartment on a very attractive development. It's on the top floor, up 39 steps, so may not suit someone with a mobility problem. There is a spacious terrace with shading, chairs etc. The view to the sea is a compensation for the climb.
The development is a mile or so from the centre of Costa Teguise. A pleasant walk along the sea front. There is ample parking, and there are good bars and restaurants immediately adjacent, together with a bank and supermarket.
My wifwe and I thought it good value for money, and we wil certainly consider going back another year.”

“We had a fantastic stay at number 100 penthouse apartment, everything you could possibly need is in this apartment it has been very well thought out with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses and there are also games, books videos and DVDs. The patio area is large with sun loungers for those lazy days in the sun and it also has lovely sea views. We hope to return in the very near future.”

“Had a fantastic week 28Jan-4Feb 2010 the apartment was super, nice and clean with everything you need for a great holiday. The location was good for us with just a short walk to the centre, but still with all you need on the doorstep. Been here many times but this apartment is a great size with a view to match. “The apartment was outstanding, well equipped and spacious, and on a quiet self contained development which is within easy reach of shops, sea, restaurants etc. Costa Teguise has become far more 'British' (not a good thing for a Spanish island in our view!) in the 5/6 years since we last visited but some very good restaurants can still be found easily enough. Leaving the snow for 'teeshirt' weather was brilliant too! It must be pretty good because we have already booked a longer stay in the same apartment for next year!”

“My partner and I stayed in this apartment from 26th November to 3rd December 09. In our opinion it would be hard to find a better property. It completely lived up to our expectations. “Have just returned from 2 excellent weeks at this apartment. The balcony benefits from sun all day and has ample outdoor seating. The apartment is extremely well maintained and spotless throughout, we can think of nothing which could be improved on. The welcome pack was greatly appreciated. Thanks must go to the way in which Gill deals with the booking and the prompt return of the security deposit. We will certainly return, although having just looked on the web site the weeks which we would go on next year have already been taken - not surprised!!!!!!!! Thanks once again Gill”

“We had a lovely stay in this clean, well equipped, bright and cheery apartment. It has stunning sea views from the sun terrace, lounge and 2nd bedroom and we enjoyed watching the cruise ships sailing by whilst we were having breakfast on the patio. It has all mod cons, very well equipped and furnished to a very high standard. The location is ideal and is within walking distance to all amenities. There were some lovely restaurants our favourite being El Navarro which is opposite the complex well worth a visit. We would definitely recommend this apartment and look forward to returning again in the future.”

“This apartment is the perfect place for those who want to have the home from home on holiday. The spacious and bright apartment has everything you could ever want in a holiday accomidation with fantastic views and close to great restaurants and bars. I have spoken to a number of people who have stayed in this apartment and every last one has said " i cant wait to stay there again". This is definatley a must stay property, suitable for people of all ages this apartment just cant fail to impress the most difficult to please people. Situated within the complex is Tanks pool bar another bonus to the already amazing apartment. The staff are always on top form with there customer service and friendly banter and the food and drink is fantastic value and very good quality. This apartment is just the perfect place to stay in a fantastic and relaxing resort.”

“We stayed at 100 Las Coronas for 14 nights in July/August 09, this is the 3rd time we have stayed at this apartment and we are never disappointed that is why we have booked again for next year. The property is homely, clean and well maintained there is everything you could possibly need. The view from the apartment is lovely and the patio is a sun trap. Las Coronas itself is a lovely complex in an excellent location with a large pool area, pool bar and tennis court. It is close to all amenities. We would highly recommend this apartment for a lovely relaxing holiday.””

“This is a lovely apartment with beautiful sea views on a quiet complex. We are both nurses and we wanted a quiet relaxing holiday in the sun and that was just what we got, we both felt very relaxed and stressed free. We thought Costa Teguise was lovely and we had some nice walks along the promenade. We will definitely be returning to Costa Teguise and this apartment. Highly Recommended!”

“This is our 2nd time at this apartment and it has everything you need for a quiet relaxing holiday in the sun, we love the sea views and the location is excellent. There are a few good bars and restaurants nearby and it is a pleasant stroll along the seafront to the town. The supermarket and bakery over the road are very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back for our 3rd visit and we have already recommended to friends.”

“Excellent spacious apartment, welll equipped with lovely sea views. It is on a complex with a large swimming pool. As it is on the top floor there are a lot of steps to climb so probably best for able bodied people and those with slightly older children.. Close to numerous restaurants, a supermarket and a short stroll to a very nice bay which is safe for swimming. It can be a little noisy of an evening if you want to sit on the balcony but this didnt bother us at all. We can recommend anyone to stay at this apartment and hope to return there next year. Booking the apartment with Gill the owner was so easy .”

Owner's response: We are really glad you had a great holiday, being a penthouse apartment there are approximately 37 steps to the top but I am sure the views more than make up for this, because of the close proximity of the complex to the restaurants and bars there may be a little noise at times but it’s not usually too intrusive and all music has to be indoors with the doors closed after midnight. “The apartment is like home from home. We could not believe how much was there. I have never stayed in an apartment where I have felt so comfortable. It is very spacious. There are numerous places to eat which are of a very high standard. The balcony is a really good size and is great for sitting outside if you don't want to venture out of the apartment. There is a supermarket opposite which is very convenient and the fact that it is only a short ride from the airport it makes it very desirable. There is a pool bar with very friendly staff who make snacks which are very reasonably priced. The complex is very clean and an added advantage is that we never had to struggle to get a lounger around the pool.The town centre is a short taxi drive away, around 5 minutes but we used to walk into town most nights at a leisurely pace to take in the sights along the way. All in all a fab holiday.”

“A wonderful apartment, very well equipped with all mod cons, a lovely sun terrace which gets the sun all day long and has beautiful sea views. The complex and surrounding area is very pleasant with some lovely restaurants close by. The owners are very efficient in responding to questions, sending out receipts and information on the apartment and also in returning the security deposit. “We are frequent visitors to Costa Teguise and have family living in the town. When there are more than two of us visiting we need a two bedroomed apartment. We have used this apartment on several occasions and have found it to be the best and most well equipped two bedroom accomodation in the area and excellent value for money.It is very convenient for local restaurants and bars almost on the doorstep.The rear entrance to the complex leads to a newly built promenade giving a pleasant stroll into the main part of the resort.Thoroughly recommended.”

“For three weeks in February we relaxed in this lovely apartment. Shops and restaurants are very close by making this a home from home. Great complex and beach close by with plenty walks from the door. The appartment offers spacious accommodation, bright and cheerful and although near the road no problems with noise. Well equipped. “100 Las Coronas is a lovely apartment, light airy, spacious and clean with beautiful sea views, it is very well equipped and even has hairdryers in both bedrooms, It also has freeview TV with approximately 30 channels including ITV and BBC. The grounds and swimming pools of Las Coronas are very well maintained. The location is excellent with everything you need within close proximity. We will definitely be returning to this apartment and would highly recommend both apartment and complex.”

“The apartment is of very high standard and very clean, all furnishings modern and well maintained, it has a large patio area to sunbath on or to just sit and relax. “We stayed in the apartment with my son, his wife and 5 month old baby in 2007, and had a super time. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped. Travelling with a baby, we needed to have travel cot and high chair; both were provided for us, nothing was too much trouble for Gill. We loved the large private sun terrace, ideal for sunbathing, with sun all day and into the early evening. There is a pleasant stroll along the prom, which is access by a private gate situated on the complex, into Costa Teguise where there are restaurants, bars, etc., although there is a good choice of restaurants near the apartment. We found the complex extremely well maintained, well looked after grounds and pool area. I would certainly recommend the apartment and hope to visit again in the future.”

“We stayed in this property in December 2007 and found it very spacious and comfortable with everything you could need for a great holiday. The most important thing for us was to catch every ray of sunshine possible and this is exactly what the sun terrace gave us as well as great views.

“My family and i stayed here for two weeks in June 2007. It is a beautiful appartment with everything you could possibly want. Stunning views from the spacious terrace area, which gets the sun all day. The pool area is clean and tidy with a wonderful bar where you can buy drinks and snacks in to the early evenings. Dominic and Tank run the complex well and are very helpful, friendly people. The owner Gill, is also a lovely ldy who would go out of her way to make your stay as happy as possible.

The area is lovely with the beach front walk just at the bottom of the complex, which takes you right into the centre of town.

One of the nicest places i have stayed in Lanzarote and we have been to many places! Definately worth visiting. For all age groups.”

“Excellent, we stayed with two friends for a week, the apartment was brilliant, everything catered for, down to the last detail, videos, books, games for the children, an excellent information pack on restaurants( which we tried most of ) fantastic !!! the complex is very clean and well looked after the only problem then was, that the shower tray in the second bathroom didnt seem to hold the water, and we used the mop regularly, but that was not too much of a problem. The bar manager was very helpful in every way, and also ran the taxi service to and from the airport if required, which was a great bonus. John and Gill aim to please every occupant in their property,all you had to do was ask before departure and they would cater for your needs. The balcony is well furnished with table,chairs, sunloungers and umbrella, what more could you ask for it was like home from home, we really enjoyed our stay and will be returning, with our grandchildren in the not too distant future I am sure. The views are amazing from the window in the lounge, what a great way to wake up everyday. Thank you for a lovely holiday. Pat, Steve and Friends xxx”

“We have stayed 3 times because the apartment has everthing we needed, very comfortable and well situated. The complex is quiet and well cared for, the pool is bracing but we had a swim most days. The apartment terrace has lovely sea views and is a sun trap, it gets the afternoon and evening sun and even on windy days is sheltered. There is a gate from the complex on to the pedestrian promonade which is a pleasant short walk into the town and the best beaches. There are plenty of shops and good restaurants within a short walk and the taxi rank is only a few yards away if you are feeling lazy!”

“The apartment was well equipped and very clean. The owner had went to great lengths to make sure everything you could possibly need was available, books CD’s videos even buckets and spades for the children if they went to the beach. The balcony at the apartment is exceptionally large and ideal for sunbathing if you feel the need for privacy. The resort is very well kept and has tennis courts and two swimming pools and the people who run it are very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of really good restaurants within walking distance and also supermarkets. I would have no hesitation recommending this apartment and look forward to returning next year.”

“We had an excellent holiday staying in this lovely apartment. It is very clean and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need, including a sewing kit!

“We stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks over Easter 2009. The apartment was clean and spacious and was extremely well equipped. The very large sun terrace, which was nice and private, had the sun on it all day through to early evening and was absolutely fabulous. It's in a very good spot, close to restaurants and shops and just a short walk into the main area of Costa Teguise. The complex has a lovely swimming pool and tennis courts. When booking this apartment I found the owner (Gill) to be extremely helpful and friendly and would definitely stay there again.”

“my husband and I stayed in this apartment previously and it is absolutely great everything you need :- spacious very clean,plenty of room, beds are really comfy, kitchen equipped with everything you need in there, lounge is large and roomy really comfortable settee`s., plenty of everthing for everyone. Close to all ameneties, shops and resturants, there is a very friendly pool bar on the complex, it is close t the sea and has good seaviews from the balcony which is spacious and has enough room for sunbeds and table and chairs and receives the sun all day long. We have enjoyed ourselves so much we are going back this year in a few weeks time in September and have already booked for two weeks next year in 2010. This apartment is ideal for couples and families alike. (but please don`t book our weeks).”

“Fabulous apartment, in a wonderful complex. The apartment has everything that you need on holiday - plenty of crockery and cooking utensils, toaster, oven and microwave. Complimentary very large bottle of water and milk on your arrival. There are books to read at your leisure, whilst sunning yourself on the magnificent sun terrace. Should it rain, or if you just want a break from the sun, there's lots of DVDs to keep you amused. My husband and I have had many relaxing holidays in this splendid apartment. Just over the road are some bars and a large supermarket, but the apartment is quiet. The pools can be cool at times, but bracing nevertheless. If you rent an apartment in Las Coronas, it should be this one (but not when we want to go!).”

“We had a wonderful stay at the apartment..It was well equipped and comfortable and catered fully for all our needs.
In the Month we were there we had no problems what- so- ever and would defintely recommend it.
The sun terrace was large and perfect for alfresco dining and soaking up the sun.

“We have stayed in this apartment in Jan 08 and Jan 09. It is in the perfect position for all day sun at this time of the year, while also providing good shelter from the wind. The apartment itself is clean and well maintained, with all the facilities you could need for a comfortable stay. The location of the apartment is also a bonus, with many good restaurants only a few minutes walk away. The Las Coronas complex is quiet , just right for a relaxing holiday.”
