“We stayed at the villa in December 2011 and could not fault it. Everything is as described, the pool was the warmest we have been in, even swam at 10pm Christmas eve! Spotless, lovely welcome pack, clean towels and cleaner service provided half way through stay which was a nice surprise. Maintenance team fantastic. Can't wait to return to this lovely villa.”

“Our second visit to Casa Olivia. Love this house. Quiet, peaceful, spotlessly clean. Hire car is necessary.”

23rd November 2010 by Alex, Herts (STAYED IN OCTOBER 2010)

“Just returned from a fabulous week at Casa Olivia.
if you are looking for a place that you can call your own, relax and chill out then this is the place. The Villa is like a home from home and the excellent bakery nearby offers either cooked breakfasts or freshly baked croissants, bread and cakes. Two supermarkets and a couple of English restaurants are also on hand - the fish and chips is recommended.
Unless you like a lot of walking, a car is essential for you want to explore further afield with the main resort of Playa Blanca being 10/15 mins in the car. Natura Beach complex which is slightly closer has a range of restaurants and shops and is about 25 mins walk away which in the heat we were lucky enough to have was just too much to bear!
A heated pool that, when the weather is as good as it was when we were there, was like a warm bath ... only bigger!
A fantastic week that went far too quick for our liking.”

“Lovely villa, clean, modern and comfortable. Perfect for families, in a quiet well maintained area. We went in October which was hot, the pool was the highlight of the villa for us and got maximum usage. We recommend you hire a car. If we return to Lanzarote I would want to stay at Casa Olivia without a doubt. I would recommend this villa to my family and friends.”

“This was out 9th stay at lanzarote, and the most lovely. The villa was very good, it was clean and very lovely. The swimming pool was great. The owners gif you the feeling that this is your own home!
We loved it!”

“Second time at one of Alisons villa's, and again we were not disappointed, clean, roomy and located in a quiet area which suited us fine. Never got to meet the Villa cleaning team as we were always out and about when they called, but they did a fantastic job with regular clean towels and bedding and we knew they were only a phone call away if we needed them. The pool man called regularly and kept the excellent private pool clean. Try the nearby communal pool, its a bit colder, but after swimming in that one, jump back in the villa one for a warm bath! Air Con was a really useful bonus for those hot nights. We found a car really useful as the development is out of town a little, but that suited us. Make sure you conquer Montana Roja, great views and an achievement. Call in at the Snug or La Mocha nearby for your meals, good value and nearby. Enjoy, we did.”

“Casa Olivia is a wonderful villa, and was larger than we expected. The whole experience made us all agree that it was our best ever family holiday. The villa is very comfortable and clean. Everything was organised easily with Alison. The children loved the pool, and we made good use of the barbecue. The pool was cleaned during our stay, and we were provided with clean towels. The maintenance staff were all pleasant and friendly.”

19th February 2010 by Judith, Kent (STAYED IN FEBRUARY 2010)

“The villa has everything you could possibly need for a holiday and a first class team to meet your needs, in relation to pool and villa cleaning...on hand for any eventualities and minor issues dealt with speedily and efficiently. From booking process to departure everything went really smoothly.

The heated pool was a bonus during the wind and rain of the week that we were there. The pool handle was a help getting in and out - no other villa had one.
The villa is situated out of the main town, so a car was necessary. The information pack we received prior to and at the villa gave plenty of ideas for the week. Definitely recommend this villa to anyone who wants a quiet restful holiday.”

10th February 2010 by Jules, Staffordshire (STAYED IN JANUARY 2010)

“This property is excellent, comfortable, well-equipped, good outdoor spaces and the luxury of a private heated pool. It was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The location is a quiet development at the edge of Playa Blanca - a hire car is not essential as it is within a few minutes walk of a bus route but is probably desirable as the best beaches are at the opposite end of the town in Papagayo. A lovely touch with a late arrival was to find a few essentials like tea, coffee, milk, water, juice - not to mention the bottle of wine. The property exceeded our expectations and was an excellent base for our holiday.”

27th January 2010 by The Walkers (STAYED IN NOVEMBER 2009)

“We have been going there since 2004 usually twice a year, March/April Nov/Dec at the start for 2 weeks, now we go for 3 weeks. If you require a peaceful location, yet not far from shops, town and sightseeing nice walks, the villa is clean well equiped and service is very good. We eat in and eat out every other day plenty nice places for food to enjoy nice fish/chips baker, all in walking distance. Car hire is cheap at the airport or just lay by the pool with a good book - you don't need much more. All being well will be looking to go again in a few months. VERY VERY ENJOYABLE.”

7th December 2009 by Graham & Jane from Somerset (STAYED IN NOVEMBER 2009)

“We stayed for a week on Nov 12 09 the Villa was excellant fitted out to a very high standard out of bed staight into the pool every morning can"t beat it ! You do need a car but the benifits are the Villas location on a very quiet development, the roads are great fuel is cheap and plenty of garages. We highly recommend Casa Olivia and the owner Allision Millen is very helpfull we delt direct with Allison we had a Brilliant stay Thank you very much.”

7th November 2009 by Martin, Monaghan (STAYED IN OCTOBER 2009)

“Beautiful house, in pristine condition, lovely pool, quiet surroundings. We would love to go back!”

8th September 2009 by The PB's (STAYED IN AUGUST 2008)

“We have stayed at Casa Oliva three times. The villa is in a lovely location with its own private pool but also the shared pool is just across from the villa. It really is home from home. The children love coming and hence the reason why we keep coming back.”
