“We had one of the best weeks holiday ever in May 2009. A very clean and comfortable apartment with all creature comforts provided in a lovely quiet area near to all amenities. The apartment is just a short walk to all the best restaurants and to the beach and shopping areas and its not too far from the airport. People using other aparments in the complex were quick to remind us that it was their fourth or fifth time in succession staying in this complex and we could see why.

The only thing is to be mindful that the pool is deep and temperature was cold but the weather was warm so it was a refreshing dip in the pool every day - once down you didn't want to get out.

We hated leaving as the week went so fast but we will definately be back in the not too distant future.”

“After hearing many good reviews from my daughter i visited Lanzarote for the first time this year, not only did i love the resort but this apartment was very homely, had everything you need and very clean and private. My daughter has recommended this many times and i have to say i agree with her, this is a 10/10 apartment and ideal location and we cant wait to return next year..”

“Our 3rd holiday at Las Palmeras 111 and our 2nd staying in apartment 2- thoroughly recommend both the location and the apartments. Quiet but quite close to the resort and,because of the high temperatures we encountered,fantastic to have the pool no more than four steps from our verandah. Many thanks to Karen the housekeeper - a real treasure- hope to see her again in the not too distant future.”

“The apartment was well equipped and in the centre of the town. The swimming pool was only suitable for experienced swimmers as it was deep at both ends - not suitable for children or non-swimmers.”

“We had a lovely, relaxing time and were a permanent fixture around the pool for the 10 days we were there! It was just what we were after - the weather was great, The Old Town was frequented every evening (I think we single handedly kept Benitos going!) and we really appreciated being in the peace and quiet surroundings that your apartment lies in. I'd also like to say that Karen was absolutely fantastic - she couldn't do enough for us and was a brilliant source of local information!”

“This is the fourth time I have stayed in these apartments. I have stayed in number 1, number 2, number 3 and number 5 and they are all perfect! I wouldn't stay anywhere else. They are a perfect size and have everything you need in them. They are very private and so peaceful! The pool is lovely too! To make them better they are only a 5-10 minute walk from the main strip! Can't praise these apartments enough :-)”

“Had a great time good location apartment very spacious living area very nice well kept pool , overhaul I would recommend this place for couples or couples with older children as the pool is quite deep with no real shallow end.”

“Just 8 Apartments on the complex, which is great for a chill out,recharge holiday. The apartment is well furnished, the shower is good and the terrace outside is a suntrap from noon onwards,and you have no problems getting a sunbed. Step of the terrace and you are in the pool. The complex is entered through a locked door and access is by key only, and for added security Simone provides a free safe. Great Location, turn left and head for the harbour and its excellent restaurants, turn right and it leads you to the Avenida and the beach. Enjoyed ourselves so much we have booked the apartment for a fortnight next March.”

“I have stayed in Apt 2 - Las Palmeras III 3 times now since 2005 and have loved each visit. The apartment is a great size and is clean, cool and comfortable all the though the day. The facilities are great, a full kitchen to cook if you chose and a lovely large bathroom cool. There is a great selection of DVD's and books to keep you occupied as you retreat from the hot afternoon sun or just to wind down with in the evening. The pool is brilliant with some nice news steps to relax on as you ease yourself i to the water! The area is fantastic, a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shops, but set back enough so that you have blissfully peaceful nights.”

“Hi all,
the apartments are good and clean and peacefull most of the time. Maritons is a must for a visit along the front. This is an old fashioned Spanish reastaraunt.

My only gripe is , it should have more posters up about keeping the noise down after 11.30 pm to
9 am approx. This should also be pointed out on your arrival. You should not have to challange people about out of hours noise. No problem for me a well behaved married male. But other people might find it an issue. This was a minor incoinence, which was sorted quickly.

I have been 4 years running with lots of family members and will be going back next year, He ho its a good un.”
