“Parking is a problem if you have a hire car. Inside the apartment is fine but the complex is a bit tatty.”

“The apartment at Mareverde was very comfortable and cared for. Within hours it was our home-from-home, whether spending time having breakfast and fresh coffee, staying in for lunch, or watching DVDs and relaxing on the balcony at the end of the night, we were completely at ease. Situated close to the fabulous mall over the freeway (with awesome supermarket and fashion shops) and a short walk down to the playa and its restaurants, we couldn't have had a more suitable accommodation.

Whilst the Mareverde complex itself has had an unsteady amount of care over the last few years, it was nice to see that renovations and upkeep was in progress, which bodes well for future holidays there.

Good communication with the owners afforded us plenty of information in good time before we left, and led to a hassle free holiday. Wish we were there!”

“very nice apartment stayed here several times, lovely new kitchen,spacious living area very
comfortable double bedroom and very secure.
in a good position ,10 minutes from bars and beach.
will definately be returning.”

“This is a lovely clean apartment with all the facilities you would require. When me and my family arrived at the appartment there was a full bottle of water so you could make a cup of tea.
There was fresh bedding provided every week. The apartment is not far from the beach.
The apartment is very secure.
The bath and shower facilities were very good with fast flowing water.
We would sometimes sit on the balcony of a nightime and play games with the kids.
I was really impressed with the whole apartment. It was like home from home, and was not lacking in anything.”

“apartment was great, had everything you need for a home from home feel, pool was clean and beautiful shops are close and the beach is a 5-10min walk all the restaurants near by were value for money. I recommend motown diner its a must great grub great atmosphere. But overall great holiday the apartment was clean and the bed was comfurtable and feels like your own home for the holiday with no one running past your apartment drunk making noise so it was bliss well done steve we enjoyed our stay”
