“returned to sofia for 25 days from 4 december,it was like coming home again. villa seemed even cleaner than last time. didnt need airport transfers that keith(the owner) supplies free cos we hired a car. weather was brill, apart from a couple of overcast days. it was quite chilly at night cos of some cold winds blowing in from africa. villa location is absolutely fab, so close to the resort front with its big spar supermarket /bars/restaurants/arcades/shops+even a good old fish shop(cod father)so if dont want to spend £££'s on taxis this is the place to be. thanks keith for having us again and god willing will see you again..”

“Stayed in Villa Sofia for 3 weeks Dec 2010 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Villa has all amenities required for a comfortable holiday. The villa is clean and well equipped if cooking, the water filter is an added bonus. Situated in a quiet area but still close to shops bars and restaurants.
Being south facing the sun is there from sunrise till sunset (great for sun worshipers) Comfortable loungers table and chairs and outdoor shade provided via very large umbrella.
We spent many peaceful evenings on the upstairs, outside terrace.
Keith is very friendly there if you need him at all times but does not impose on you privacy.
Would not hesitate to highly recommend Villa Sofia for couples or a family.
Thank you Keith for a pleasant stay, hope to return in the near future.”

“We had a fantastic holiday in Lanzarote, Villa Sofia. With two small children the Villa and it's location were really important and we were not disappointed. A short walk to the supermarket and the start of the Puerto Del Carmen main coast road meant walks out and services were easy. Bar's and Restaurants are all nearby. The Villa was well equipped and the pool was excellent for the children. The Villa location is quiet and felt safe. Keith visited during the week to check we were settled (and clean the pool). We would visit Lanzarote again and would re-book this villa. Ian, Laura, Lily (6 yrs) and Ruby (13 mths).”

“Myself and my wife stayed at villa sofia for 10 days 23/09/10 and had a very relaxing holiday in very nice surroundings, the heated pool was brilliant as well as the water purifier.
The villa is in a very quiet location but only a short walk to the start of Del Carmen, Fantastic Location.
The private transfers by Keith are an added bonus so we didnt need to hire a car or mess around with taxis.
We will definately return.”

“Villa Sofia, is a beautiful holiday villa with its own private pool, it has everything you need for the perfect holiday, it is close to all local amenities with some nice restaurants close at hand. Having personal transfers from and to the airport by Keith (the owner) made the start of the holiday very relaxing and he was always on hand for any information needed. all in all a good holiday.”

“We stayed in Villa Sofia over the easter break + an extra week due to volcanic ash and Keith the owner (thank you again) was absolutely brilliant. The villa is in a lovely position near to all amenities (no hills), it is in a sheltered position and the patio has sun all day. The layout is excellent, kitchen well equiped if you want to eat in,massive bonus having the water filtration, nice views from balcony, louge well equiped with DVD's if the children get bored of the sun. The patio well equiped with loungers/cushions,pool good size and kept very clean by Keith. Personal transfer to villa was great,no waiting in taxi queue. All in all we had a great time and will be back. Maybe try another of your villa's next time?”

“This villa has everything needed. Table and chairs outside, plenty of sunbeds for the sun that shines on the patio area all day, unlike next door which loses it mid afternoon. The upstairs balcony was brilliant, we ate in a few nights then sat on the balcony with a glass wine, wonderful.
Keith was very helpful and his free transfer was good, found the driver easily who took us straight
to the villa. The villas position is perfect, 5 mins and you are on the main promenade, turn right and you have the supermarket which stocks everything needed, from then on you have all the bars and restaurants. Turn left and it is a nice stroll to Pocillos or Matagorda. Keith has just put in
a new water filtration system, so no need to lug those heavy bottles of water back. There are no hills round here, everything is on the flat, so really there is no need for a car unless you want to explore the island. The villa itself is upside down, bedrooms on the ground floor, living room and
kitchen upstairs, we found this perfect as you can sit out having breakfast on the upstairs balcony and just watch the world go by, also there is a limited sea view. The villa was very clean, the beds comfy and the pool at a nice temperature (it is solar heated). We really enjoyed our stay here, Keith was the perfect host and we will definitley be back.”

“Villa Sofia represents great value for money. The villa is in a really good location and is just a few mins walk from the main promenade. There is a well stocked supermarket at the bottom of the road which sold everything we needed. The pool is fabulous and stayed very clean by using the roll on roll off cover which was really straightforward. Nice sunloungers. Nicely equipped kitchen, pots/pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, gas hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave.....
The way the villa is designed meant that opening a few windows allowed the breezes to flow through so it never felt overly hot.
Favourite parts of the villa - the 'covered upper terrace' with dining table and 6 chairs and lovely views (You can see the sea). It didn't get too hot and was a wonderful place to sit and eat/drink or read.... and of course, the pool.
The layout, having the lounge and kitchen upstairs worked really well for us!
Improvements - provide bigger towels and possibly better English channels on TV.
The included transfers were a bonus and Keith the owner is very friendly.
We'd have no hesitation in going back and would recommend the villa to anyone.”

“Transfers were perfect, villa was prepared and ready for our early arrival, and to be honest better than we expected, as the villa over the road was over 1000.00 pounds per week an Villa Sofia just over half.Great to be so close to the front yet the location was very peaceful
Will be back, don't know when, but will be back--Thankyou Keith”
