About Club Sun Seeker No.1
This beautiful bungalow is situated on a quiet complex of ten other private properties with a shared swimming pool in the tranquil location of Matagorda. The swimming pool even has a separate children’s pool.
The property comprises of one double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes. All towels and bed linen are provided for you along with maid service if you are staying longer than a week. The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink with a large mirror and lights over the top.
There is an open plan living / dining / kitchen area. The kitchen has a work top oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and electric hob. The fridge has a small freezer compartment. The property does not have its own washing machine BUT there is a coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer on site.
There is a selection of English speaking channels supplied throughout the complex to each individual property and there is a DVD player and stereo provided for your entertainment.
Your patio which is supplied with table, chairs and parasol over looks the swimming pool and sun bathing area.
Your nearest beach is just located just five minutes away and there is also a small supermarket in the San Marcial Apartments close by if you do not want to walk to the nearest mini shopping complex just under 10 minutes walk away.
Your welcome pack consists of tea, coffee, sugar, wine, beer, water, juice, milk, minerals and a packet of biscuits.

About Matagorda, Lanzarote
Located within a 5-minute drive of Arrecife airport, Matagorda is considered the tasteful extension to Puerto del Carmen and offers the best of all worlds: It's surroundings give you a quieter holiday, with the more lively resort of Puerto del Carmen only a short drive away when required.
The resort area of Matagorda is a mile or so along the coastal road from Puerto del Carmen and is dominated by the sandy beach bearing the same name. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants to choose from, the commercial centre has plenty of places to eat, offering everything from pizza to paella.
Matagorda rentals are available with a good selection of villas and apartments to choose from.

“loverly clean bungalow...every thing you needed..great welcome pack...supermarket just over the road..clean pool.( VERY NICE MAN CLEANED THE POOL AND AROUND) joe he is and can give you any tip's you may need... can't fault anything we are going back,...now we must not forget louise..having never booked private before and not that good on computer she was brill....she made it so easy for us ..also visited day after we arrived gave lot's of info..she even rang a taxi for our return flight...THAT IS WHAT WE CALL SERVICE.. you don't get that with travel agents....”

“Me and my family travelled to lanzarote and had a unforgettable experience in club sunkeeker, it was really pleasant.We used the san marcial supermarket it was really handy.Its in a very good location if you were staying local in maragorda, other wise it was between £5.00-£7.00 in a taxi up to the harbour/old town of puerto dal carmen.The only thing that was not very plesant was the cats from the residents two doors down climbing in the windows its was shocking,and we had to keep the window shut always, the result of closed windows all day made the place quite hot/stuffy.
I would return to this complex tho as its very tidy and well keep, its peaceful and quite and very safe.”

“we stayed at sunseeker no1 in feb27 for 7days it should have been for 28 days ,but due to illness at home we had to curtail our holiday and come home,the bungalow is excellent very spacious and close to beach ,shops, restaurants .new tv had been installed with all the channels we have at home thanks victor and louise ,we will be back soon .barbara and arnold.”
