About Villa Arboc
This traditional detached villa is situated on the Aigua Gelida urbanisation, just 700m from the unspoilt resort of Tamariu with it’s beautiful sandy beach and numerous fine restaurants and shops.
The accommodation consist of a master double bedroom, a second double bedroom, a single room, with pull out second bed and a children’s twin bedroom in the loft space, a family half bathroom, spacious living / dining room with a covered terrace off and an American style fitted kitchen having traditional stone sink unit and wooden cupboards. Furnished in a traditional rustic style, the house is full of character and will make an ideal venue for a quiet and peaceful holiday.
Outside, at road level there is a private garage and steps leading up from the street to extensive, well kept mature gardens, which surround the property. Pine trees to the rear create a shaded ‘alfresco’ dining area, which is equipped with patio furniture. The 6m x 5.5m swimming pool has roman steps for easy access, making it ideal for children and the elderly.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.
The changeover days are fixed and cannot be changed.
