This superb detached villa is located close to the Marina and Golf Course at ‘La Duquesa.’ It benefits from lovely views of the coast and the golf Course. The ‘La Duquesa’ marina with its lively atmosphere has a good selection of shops and restaurants is approximately 1km away from the villa. If you prefer something more traditional, then the small Spanish village of Castillo, with the ancient Castle, fine traditional Spanish Fish restaurants and a sandy beach is just 500m away.

The accommodation is on two levels and comprises, on the ground floor of an entrance hallway leading to a large lounge - dining room, which has an open fireplace and air-conditioning unit. Entertainment is provided by way of a satellite TV, (English channels) a video recorder, DVD player and a CD stereo system. The separate fitted kitchen has a range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric oven, and gas hob. There are two bedrooms, both having fitted wardrobes, one also has patio doors to the covered terrace that share a family bathroom and a separate shower room on this level. Stairs from the hallway lead to the first floor master bedroom having an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a private balcony. From here there are wonderful, relaxing views to the sea and across the golf course. The villa is furnished, decorated and equipped to a high standard throughout making it idea for our most discerning clientele.

Outside, to the rear of the house, patio doors from the lounge give access to a lovely covered terrace that extends around the villa. Patio furniture and a portable barbeque are provided to relax and enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining. Steps from the terrace give access to well kept mature enclosed gardens with lawns that surround the open sun terrace and an 8m x 4m private pool. Comfortable adjustable sun beds, parasols and a poolside shower are provided. This high quality villa is ideally placed for both beach and golfing holidays being close to everything.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.

The changeover days are fixed and cannot be changed.

About La Duquesa, Costa del Sol

La Duquesa or Puerto de la Duquesa as it’s also known, is the place to go if you want a quieter holiday but still with all the trimmings that the Costa del Sol has to offer. This area is still relatively unknown, although it’s well serviced and has a fantastic climate. The local marina is a dream to stroll around, whilst it may not be as plush as that at Puerto Banus, it’s still teeming with bars and restaurants serving local fish and paella. There is a good shopping area that has a wide range of goods on offer, plus there is a craft market that is on twice a week in the port. Finally if all this isn’t enough, the exclusive areas of Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 15 minutes away.
