This delightful detached villa is conveniently located above the resort having lovely sea and coastal views. The popular safe, sandy ‘Burriana’ beach with its beach-side restaurants is just 1.5km away. The villa is just a few minutes drive away from centre of Nerja with its many fine restaurants, shops and the famous ‘Balcon de Europa.’

The accommodation, which is all on one level comprises of an ‘L-shaped’ living room with comfortable sofas and a dining area adjacent to the fitted American style kitchen which has a separate laundry room off. Both the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the twin bedroom are accessed from the living room and benefit from fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is an additional family bathroom adjacent to the bedrooms. Entertainment is provided in the living room b a satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system.

Double patio doors from the lounge give access to a spacious covered terrace from where there are magnificent sea views. A brick built barbeque on the sun terrace and patio furniture are provided to enjoy “Alfresco dining.” Steps from the covered terrace lead down to a tiled sun terrace and the 8m x 4m kidney shaped pool with roman steps for easy access. The pool is surrounded by lawns and mature, well stocked gardens. Patio furniture, sun beds and parasols are provided. The villa is in an enclosed plot with lockable gates. It is in a quiet location offering good privacy and excellent views.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.

About Nerja, Costa del Sol

Another popular resort on the Costa del Sol, Nerja is situated to the east of Malaga. The fantastic beach with its golden sand is a huge bonus, and over the years this old fishing town has transformed into a lively holiday destination. You can visit the nearby caves that are a few kilometres outside the town, or see the famous “Balcon de Europa” in the historical part of the town.

As is common on the Costa del Sol, outside living is big. If you want to eat out every night, you can. There are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants offering both traditional and international cuisine. What better way to walk a meal off than by wandering round the narrow parts of the old town and imagining how it used to look years ago.
