This exclusive Andalucian style villa is located close to the Duquesa Golf Course. The popular Marina of Duquesa with its many fine restaurants and shops along with the small ‘Pueblo’ of Castillo and the sandy beach are all within easy walking distance of the villa which is in a quiet and peaceful setting.

The accommodation, which is constructed on two levels, comprises of, on the ground floor of front door with direct access to a spacious lounge / dining room with open fireplace, a separate fitted kitchen having a range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large fridge-freezer, electric oven & hob with extractor fan. On the ground floor there is also a children's twin bedroom (having bunk beds) with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. An open stairway leads to the first floor landing where there is a master double bedroom having a small private balcony and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity basins, a separate walk-in shower and marble floors. A second set of patio doors give access to a large balcony, shared with the second double bedroom. A third double bedroom on this level overlooks the pool. In addition there is a family bathroom on the first floor, shared by two double bedrooms. Entertainment is provided by a flat panel satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo system. The villa is well equipped and furnished to a high standard throughout, making it idea for our discerning clientele.

Outside patio doors from the living room gives access to a good sized plot having mature gardens with shrubs and trees. Well-kept lawns surround a 10m x 5m swimming pool with roman steps for easy access. Patio furniture is provided on the covered terraces along with a Barbeque unit to enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining. There is a separate toilet and shower outside. Sun beds and parasols are available to relax by the pool and soak up the sun.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.

The changeover days are fixed and cannot be changed.

About La Duquesa, Costa del Sol

La Duquesa or Puerto de la Duquesa as it’s also known, is the place to go if you want a quieter holiday but still with all the trimmings that the Costa del Sol has to offer. This area is still relatively unknown, although it’s well serviced and has a fantastic climate. The local marina is a dream to stroll around, whilst it may not be as plush as that at Puerto Banus, it’s still teeming with bars and restaurants serving local fish and paella. There is a good shopping area that has a wide range of goods on offer, plus there is a craft market that is on twice a week in the port. Finally if all this isn’t enough, the exclusive areas of Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 15 minutes away.
