About Casa Oceano
Casa Oceano is so called as it is just a 4 minute walk to the sea front and to Moraira's stylish Marina. Situated on the famous & exclusive Pla de Mar estate, you really can't find a villa much closer to the town than this. Rarely, this villa's gardens are extensive with lovely green lawns. Some areas of the gardens & naya have sea views, a reminder that the bright blue Mediterranean is just a few minutes’ walk away.
At first arrival at this villa you immediately notice the large areas of green lawn. This is a welcome change to usual stoned/ paved gardens and gives the villa an immediate 'Chill factor'. The 8 x 4 metre pool, with roman steps, sits at one side of the lawned garden, alongside the entrance to the kitchen and covered dining area. There is plenty of room for uncovered dining on the pool terrace as well as within the naya.
On entry to the living level, there is a kitchen, 3 double sized bedrooms and a lounge. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and opens onto a lovely large balcony with some sea views and pretty garden views. The lounge and very spacious naya are also on this level.
Below you have a separate entrance into the apartment, which has a further 2 bedrooms both with doors opening onto the lawned area of the garden. It also has a large shower room and some space for tea/coffee making.
There is ample car parking for at least two cars inside the property. We think Casa Oceano is the perfect venue for a chilled out holiday, close to the beaches and town of Moraira.
Small welcome pack is provided free of charge containing milk, water, tea, coffee, wine, beers and some snacks.

Prices are per week based on 2 week stays. E mail for single weeks (not allowed in August I'm afraid 10-11 or 14 days only).
Final clean included for 2 week stays. Linen & towels provided free of charge.
Wireless internet exists at the villa. There is a charge of 35 euros if you need help to get connected. If you do not need help then you don't pay.
We aim to allow families arriving on early flights into the villa as early as we can between 2-3 pm if at all possible although no guarantee. Depends often on how it is left by previous guests.
Vacate villa by 10.30am.
Credit card payments : If you wish to pay by credit card it is possible, however Rental rates are recalculated into euros at current exchange rate & we make a 2% surcharge.

Antoniet's in the town is a family run concern, and has been since the 1960's, offering superb Spanish cuisine. Another well known fine restaurant offering mediterranean cuisine is Le Dauphin, in a stunning setting overlooking the bay of El Portet.
Being off the main coast road it doesn't suffer the crowding of some resorts - Moraira has a reputation for beautiful property and an air of exclusivity.
There is a wide selection of well priced properties in Moraira available for holiday lettings. For those wishing to explore the area, or drive to the numerous golf courses, car hire in Moraira is very reasonable.

What we love about our business
Where we live, in Moraira. We came here for a 2 month holiday when my husband was recovering from an illness. We fell in love with the town and surroundings and didn't want to leave. We did leave however. We went back, sold our house in Herts and was back living here 4 months later. My daughter and her partner now live here as well and they love it too. There is something special about Moraira, apart from its natural beauty. Its small enough to be friendly and quaint, but large enough to have lots going on. They don't call it the jewell in the crown of the Costa Blanca for nothing. Everyone loves it.
