About Villa Bienvenido
This large detached luxury villa is located in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the main sandy beach at Calpe.
The accommodation comprises of a entrance hall with stairs leading to first floor landing, a roof top solarium and two twin bedrooms, one with balcony. In addition there is a family bathroom and a separate shower room on this level. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a luxury family bathroom and a second separate shower room. The spacious living room benefits from an open fireplace and gives access to a separate fully fitted kitchen. All main areas benefit from air-conditioning / central heating, at a small additional charge. The villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout.
Outside, steps from the covered terrace lead down to an 8m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps, making it ideal for children and the elderly. The pool can be heated for a small extra charge. There is a large sun terrace, a poolside shower, a brick built barbecue and a shaded car-port, which has a pathway leading up to the ground floor area, through well kept ornamental gardens. Patio furniture and sun loungers and parasols are provided.
