This magnificent and roomy high quality villa is conveniently located within walking distance of the lively resort centre of Calpe and the lovely, safe sandy beach. There is a shopping centre, various restaurants and a large supermarket approximately 500m from the villa, which is set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in front of open fields.

The accommodation in this spacious, modern luxury villa is on three levels. A solid wooded door gives access to a lovely welcoming hallway with an archway leading to a large living room where there are a number of comfortable settees and chairs, an enclosed fireplace, sideboard, coffee table and a separate dining area. Entertainment is provided here by a digital satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system. From the dining area there is a large fully fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob. Also on this level there two twin bedrooms, a double bedroom a lovely family bathroom and a separate shower room. Stairs lead down to the lower level where there is a self-contained studio comprising of a bedroom with a sofa-bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From ground level hallway, stairs lead up to the first floor landing giving access to three twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, all having private south-facing balconies. In addition, there is a full bathroom, a shower room and a utility room, having a sink unit and housing the washing machine. There is also access from here to a room top solarium. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and high quality, comfortable beds and furnishings. The villa has air conditioning / heating available in all the bedrooms and main living areas. It is well equipped and furnished to a high standard throughout making it ideal for our most discerning clients.

Outside, two sets of double patio doors lead to a large covered terrace having a few steps down to a spacious sun terrace and the feature 9m x 4.5m heated* swimming pool, which benefits from roman steps and has a poolside shower. Patio furniture and a brick built BBQ are provided to enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining. A unique and rather special feature of this villa is its private tennis court set in the grounds of the house where you can enjoy as many games as you like without interruption. The villa has mature, ornamental gardens with off road parking available within the fully enclosed grounds.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.
