About Villa Avellana

This magnificent and very spacious high quality villa is conveniently located in the Costeres region of Calpe, close to the lovely, safe sandy beach, numerous shops, supermarkets and a good selection of fine restaurants.

The accommodation, without exaggeration, can be described as being extremely spacious. Access is through solid wooded door to a lovely welcoming hallway which leads to a large sitting room / dining room. There are a number of comfortable settees and chairs, enclosed fireplace, sideboard and coffee table. Entertainment is provided here by way of a digital satellite TV, DVD player and hi-fi system. There is a feature archway from the dining area to a large fully fitted breakfast kitchen equipped with all modern appliances. Also on this level there is a double bedroom and a lovely family bathroom. From the hallway, stairs lead up to the first floor landing giving access to one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both with en-suite shower rooms and a further twin bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom. Further stairs lead to the roof top terrace which offers wonderful views towards the coast and the Penon rock of Calpe. Here there is also a small utility area housing the washing machine. From the hallway another staircase leads down to a separate lounge having three bed-settees and giving access to one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms, also having en-suite shower rooms. There is also a separate family bathroom off the sitting room area. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and high quality, comfortable beds and furnishings. The villa has air conditioning / heating available in all the bedrooms and main living areas. (extra cost). It is well equipped and furnished to a high standard throughout making it ideal for our most discerning clients.

Outside, from the covered terrace, steps lead down to a spacious sun terrace and the feature 10m x 8m swimming pool, which benefits from roman steps and has a poolside shower The pool can be heated, for a small extra charge. Patio furniture and a brick built BBQ are provided to enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining. A unique and rather special feature of this villa is its full size private tennis court. Set in the grounds behind the house, you can enjoy as many games as you wish without interruption. The villa has mature, ornamental gardens with off road parking available for at least four cars.
