This brand new, large detached villa is ideally located on the 2nd line of the International Yacht Marina at Cala D’Or. The sandy beach ‘Es Pou’ and the selection of fine restaurants and shops along the edge of the Marina are within easy walking distance. Cala D’Or centre and the other beaches are just a few minutes drive away.

The accommodation is on two levels with the entrance door leading to a large hallway which gives access to a spacious living room which benefits from comfy sofas, quality furnishings and a feature open fireplace and patio doors to the covered terrace. Entertainment is provided by a satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system. The modern fitted breakfast kitchen, with doors to the hallway, living room and rear terrace offers modern appliances including a double sink unit, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob. A small passageway from the living room gives access to a lovely double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a separate family shower room. A staircase leads to the second floor where there is small sitting area giving access to the master double bedroom suite having an en-suite bathroom, a balcony and a walk-in dressing room and wardrobe area. There is also a spacious twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom room on this level that has access to the balcony. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and air conditioning / central heating units, for an additional cost.

Double patio doors from the lounge give access to a spacious covered terrace with patio furniture to enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining. A brick built barbeque can be found to the side of the house with additional access door from the hallway. The extensive sun terrace surrounds a large 11m x 6m swimming pool with roman steps and poolside shower. Sun loungers and parasols are provided. The ornamental gardens to one side are planted with shrubs and small trees. This villa is in a convenient location to enjoy a stroll around the marina in the evening and sample the fine food in the International restaurants and local tapas bars.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.

About Cala d'Or, Majorca

Famous for being discovered by a group of artists in the 1930's, Cala d'Or is a lively area surrounded by pine-covered headlands and whitewashed buildings. In days gone by the harbour area was filled with boats bobbing on the waters, these days you are more likely to see the "chic" Cala d'Or marina surrounded by waterfront bars.

The nearby village of Porto Petro is a lot more traditional than Cala d'Or; it has a pretty port with many great fish restaurants serving the catch of the day. Not surprisingly, Cala d'Or has some of the best shops on Mallorca, with leather shops and chic boutiques where you can often find designer clothes at reasonable prices. If you find yourself with nothing to do on a Sunday, then go to Felanitx market where you can buy some local pottery and authentic local crafts.

Esmeralda Garden apartments in Cala d'Or and Las Rocas apartments are popular complexes, being located near to the beach and a good range of restaurants.
