Villa Mellinidos is a new, modern, spacious & luxurious villa, built & furnished to exceptionally high standards. Being all on one level, the design is just perfect for family holidays. Open plan, light and airy, it is completely air conditioned and wonderfully comfortable. Situated in the Portet area of Moraira, it is within walking distance of the fabulous Portet beach and it's famous bar/restaurants, and Moraira town. It has lovely open views towards the Portet hills & peninsula.

It has 3 good sized bedrooms including a master/ double bedroom, with en suite shower room and patio doors out to the pool terrace. There are two further twin bedded rooms with a shower room between. A cot is provided and there is sufficient space to add it to any of the bedrooms.

The kitchen, dining area and lounge open onto the villas naya and pool terrace. To the right of the pool is an outside shower. The master bedroom can be accessed via patio doors from the pool terrace. Parents can really keep an eye on the children here, as the pool is just in front of the naya/lounge.

The lounge has wonderful views out to the Portet hills. It also has a desk area for those wanting to keep in touch with the outside world via the adsl facility offered. It also has LCD TV plus DVD/CD player. There is a good choice of English channels including BBC1 & ITV.

The furnishings and linens are all new and of a very high standard. The coluorful gardens have been professionally designed and planted with mature Mediterranean trees and shrubs. There are a just few steps up to the villa entrance, then everything is on the one level. There is plenty of space to park cars within the villas walls, behind the electric gates. The pool area is quite secluded by Moraira standards and offers clients a good deal of privacy.

The pool can be heated in the spring & autumn at extra cost. A great facility when pools are just that bit too cold to swim comfortably in April, May, September and October.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

All on one level the fabulous kitchen, dining area and lounge open onto the villas naya and pool terrace. It has a desk for those that wish to work and ADSL connection.

Holiday rental prices

Prices are per week and based on 2 week stay.

Final clean included as is cost of air conditiong (in all bedrooms and lounge. Note other owners charge up to 50 euros per unit for air-con).

Credit card payments : If you wish to pay by credit card it is possible, however Rental rates are recalculated into euros at current exchange rate & we make a 2% surcharge.

Antoniet's in the town is a family run concern, and has been since the 1960's, offering superb Spanish cuisine. Another well known fine restaurant offering mediterranean cuisine is Le Dauphin, in a stunning setting overlooking the bay of El Portet.

Being off the main coast road it doesn't suffer the crowding of some resorts - Moraira has a reputation for beautiful property and an air of exclusivity.

There is a wide selection of well priced properties in Moraira available for holiday lettings. For those wishing to explore the area, or drive to the numerous golf courses, car hire in Moraira is very reasonable.

What we love about our business
Where we live, in Moraira. We came here for a 2 month holiday when my husband was recovering from an illness. We fell in love with the town and surroundings and didn't want to leave. We did leave however. We went back, sold our house in Herts and was back living here 4 months later. My daughter and her partner now live here as well and they love it too. There is something special about Moraira, apart from its natural beauty. Its small enough to be friendly and quaint, but large enough to have lots going on. They don't call it the jewell in the crown of the Costa Blanca for nothing. Everyone loves it.
