This luxurious detached villa is located in a quiet and exclusive residential area mid-way between Cala Esmeralda and Cala Gran in Cala d’or. Shops, restaurants and the beaches are within walking distance.

The accommodation comprises of, on the ground floor; three twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrode, a family bathroom, spacious living / dining room and separate kitchen. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, walk-in dressing area and a large balcony. The villa is tastefully furnished throughout to a very high standard. Portable air conditioning units are avaialble to hire (subject to availability).

To the front of the villa there are extensive mature gardens and lawns, made totally private by high hedges. From here, there are steps leading up to a roof top solarium, having wonderful panoramic coastal views. To the rear, patio doors give access to open terraces leading to the magnificent 10m x 5.5m swimming pool, with roman steps, a brick built BBQ, shaded areas and extensive mature gardens & lawns.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.

The changeover days are fixed and cannot be changed.

About Cala d'Or, Majorca

Famous for being discovered by a group of artists in the 1930's, Cala d'Or is a lively area surrounded by pine-covered headlands and whitewashed buildings. In days gone by the harbour area was filled with boats bobbing on the waters, these days you are more likely to see the "chic" Cala d'Or marina surrounded by waterfront bars.

The nearby village of Porto Petro is a lot more traditional than Cala d'Or; it has a pretty port with many great fish restaurants serving the catch of the day. Not surprisingly, Cala d'Or has some of the best shops on Mallorca, with leather shops and chic boutiques where you can often find designer clothes at reasonable prices. If you find yourself with nothing to do on a Sunday, then go to Felanitx market where you can buy some local pottery and authentic local crafts.

Esmeralda Garden apartments in Cala d'Or and Las Rocas apartments are popular complexes, being located near to the beach and a good range of restaurants.
