This recently constructed spacious detached villa is located close to the centre of Cala D’Or giving easy access to the beaches, shop and restaurants of one of Mallorca’s most popular resorts.

The accommodation, which is on two levels, consists on the ground floor of an entrance hall with passage leading to one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom. There is another twin bedroom, a shower room and a laundry room accessed from a second passageway off the spacious living room, which has satellite TV and a feature open fireplace. Comfy seating for six and a dining table can be found here. The separate kitchen off, is fully fitted and has all modern conveniences. On the first floor, accessed by external stairs, there is a small hallway to a second large sitting room, which has a large balcony off, is equipped with a comfortable three-piece suit and a drinks bar with fridge. On this level there two further twin bedrooms, a full family bathroom and a storeroom. Portable air conditioning units are avaialble to hire subject to availability.

Outside there is a covered terrace equipped with patio furniture, open sun terraces surrounding the 6m x 4m private swimming pool with roman steps, a roof top solarium and a brick built BBQ. The villa benefits from ornamental gardens and lawns. Patio furniture, sun beds and parasols are provided.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.

The changeover days are fixed and cannot be changed.

About Cala d'Or, Majorca

Famous for being discovered by a group of artists in the 1930's, Cala d'Or is a lively area surrounded by pine-covered headlands and whitewashed buildings. In days gone by the harbour area was filled with boats bobbing on the waters, these days you are more likely to see the "chic" Cala d'Or marina surrounded by waterfront bars.

The nearby village of Porto Petro is a lot more traditional than Cala d'Or; it has a pretty port with many great fish restaurants serving the catch of the day. Not surprisingly, Cala d'Or has some of the best shops on Mallorca, with leather shops and chic boutiques where you can often find designer clothes at reasonable prices. If you find yourself with nothing to do on a Sunday, then go to Felanitx market where you can buy some local pottery and authentic local crafts.

Esmeralda Garden apartments in Cala d'Or and Las Rocas apartments are popular complexes, being located near to the beach and a good range of restaurants.
