About Villa Romero
Villa Romero is a two bedroom villa, one double one twin bedrooms both with aircon and ceiling fans the double bedroom has a ensuite with walk in shower. There is a separate dining room to sit 6.
The lounge has two sofas also to sit 6 and has TV DVD satellite there is also a ceiling fan.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with a door leading out to the patio area.
There is BBQ and BBQ tools .
Villa Romero has a private 7x4 pool and is set in landscaped gardens, there is a shaded large stone dining table and chairs to seat 8 cushions are provided. Garden furniture plus sun beds.
The villa is in a Great location at the end of a peaceful cul de sac only 15 minute walk through 'El Parc Publico' to La Barrosa Beach. 20 minute walk to the centre of La Barrosa with wide choice of shops and bars. Short driving distance to commercial centre Novo Sancti Petri with bars restaurants.
Both bedrooms have air-conditioning and all windows are fitted with mosquito nets. This is a no smoking villa.
A welcome pack is left for you at the villa and includes tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, bread and butter.

A 20% deposit is required the balance is due 5 weeks before arrival. On arrival there is a 100 euro key and damage deposit this will be returned to you at the end of your holiday.
Euros accepted please ask for rate.
We accept credit and debit cards as well as bank transfers.

Golf
The two golf golf courses of Novo Sancti Petri are within a 5 min drive. Another pitch and put course and two driving ranges.

“Positive feedback:-
Lovely villa with excellent pool and very nice inside - good kitchen for cooking - clean bedrooms and bathrooms with comfortable beds. Plenty of cupboard space for haning clothes. Nice quiet, safe area on edge of estate. Not good if you are expecting villa to be in a typical Spanish town, but not too far to travel to more authentic Spanish towns e.g. Conil, Chichana, Veja la Frantera if you have a car (which we did). Beaches are wonderful and very clean.
Improvements that could be made:-
Very uncomfortable stone seating area for dining outside - nice chairs with backs would be good.
Outside dining space full of ants - very anoying having ants crawl all over you and your food whilst having dinner.
No BBQ tools”
