Villa Soleada has flexible sleeping accommodation for up to ten people. There is a spacious sunny lounge diner, 4 bedrooms, den area with sofa bed, games, books, DVD, games console. Kitchen with American style fridge freezer & dishwasher.
A front terrace with dining table and chairs as well as a secluded rear garden with private pool, sun loungers and a dining table under a gazebo, next to the BBQ.
A basic welcome pack is include which contains tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water and fresh fruit.

Changeover day is flexible outside of high season.
We require a 30% deposit on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. We also ask for a €500 damage deposit which is fully refundable assuming the villa has been left in good condition and the air conditioning used responsibly.
Payment can be made by bank transfer in Sterling or Euros.
The villa has partial air conditioning to the upper floor. Supplementary fans are provided for summer. There is a log fire to keep you cosy during winter.
Villa Soleada is only a kilometer from a lovely sandy beach, ideal for children. Aquavellis water park is only seven minutes away. There is a shopping mall near to the water park and a lively Saturday Market in Caleta.
Caleta de Velez has a working port and a lovely small pleasure Marina. It is only minutes from the nearby town of Torre del Mar and within easy reach of Nerja and Frigiliana, both popular tourist resorts.
