Located within a tranquil garden setting the apartment consists of an open plan lounge area fully air conditioned. 32 inch flat screen TV with over 300 digital channels, large chaise loungue leather sofa which converts to a bed to sleep one. Portable CD player.
American galley style kitchen with electric cooker, halogen hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle toaster, juicer. All cutlery and crockery pots and pans.
Bathroom with bath / shower over, glass shower screen, WC, bidet and sink.
Fabulous large roof terrace overlooking the shared pool at the front and stunning mountain range at the rear. Has a lounge area with a four piece suite, sun loungers, large table with seating for 6 and a BBQ. Has electricity,water and lighting.Towels and linen are included, the property will be cleaned for your arrival and upon your departure. A welcome pack is available including milk bread juice etc to get you started if your arrival is in the evening. Details available on request.
The resort houses a Jack Nicklaus signature 18 hole golf course which can be viewed from the roof terrace. Restaurants, cafe bar, Irish bar, golf shop & clubhouse and supermarket. The port of Mazzaron is 20 mins drive away where you can laze the days away on one of the three stunning blue flag beaches, there is also shops cafe bars and a beautiful marina.

I live in England with my partner Karl, his daughter Bethany and our dog Bruno. We both work full time and have for the past 12 months had some fabulous holidays in the Costa Calida, it is our plan that we eventually retire to this part of the world.
We purchased our property in 2008 and absolutely love our little piece of paradise in the sun so now we would like to share it with you. We have had a few holidays to our resort more recently over the new year and we have had a fabulous time every time. We are discovering something new each time we return. The Costa Calida is a lovely part of the world and shows traditional Spanish at its best. We have sampled the delights of the local markets, the fabulous beaches in Mazzaron, the shopping complexes in Murcia and all are a short drive away.
