This private detached villa is set in a friendly village of Campoverde on the southern edge of Costa Blanca. Ideal for up to 4 people, it has a private pool and terrace, which benefits from the sun all day with a purpose built BBQ. The property overlooks beautiful forest land for tranquil views and a peaceful setting. A short 5- 10 minute walk to local amenities such as supermarket, bank, bars and restaurants. Car hire recommended for access to Blue flag beaches just 15 mins drive away, or the golf course which is just down the road. Alicante airport is 55 mins drive to north and Murcia airport 20 mins drive to south. Parking available on road outside.

This property is managed locally, cleaned and maintained to a high standard and consists of 2 double bedrooms, one with patio doors leading to terrace for outdoor dining. 2 fully fitted bathrooms, one with bath and shower en suite one with shower

Homely lounge with UK satellite TV, stereo, dining table and Fully equipped kitchen/diner with washing machine, toaster, microwave, oven and hob. Air conditioning in lounge and master bedroom, room fans throughout. Owner's Tips

Hire a car and take advantage of the good road links such as the AP7 for lots of good shopping, good fish restaurants and Blue Flag beaches with water sports. Plus, there are four golf courses - one just down the road and three others within a 20 minute drive. Or explore the local surroundings with market day in the square every Sunday for local produce, and a good mix of English and Spanish dining/entertainment.the village also has its own large open air swimming pool with seperate area for small children fully recommend sunday lunch in the village pub the rusty nail run by jim.a a very nice and helpful man breakfast is served every day and also a large veriaty of different meals including jims ribs a must have also weekly entertainment through season

About us
Hi everyone my name is Kenny and my wifes name is Kathie we had some nice stays with friends in the village of Pinar del Campoverde it is a quiet place with local pubs and restaurants we have found the people very friendly, it is a mixture mostly of English and Spanish. The evenings in the village is very good ideal for sitting outside in the nice warm nights the village as its own local gardia police station very safe and child friendly. We bought the property in 2009 and hope to retire there our grand children have been over and had a great time last summer they came and left the grandchildren with us for 4 weeks it was great we took the kids to the water parks and to sea world in Benidorm can't wait to do it again in 2010.

What we love about our property
Our villa is down a quiet road with a short walk to the village of Campoverde with its shops, banks, dentists, doctors, all English speaking. The view from the back looks out over pine trees and the rio seco which means dry river bed. There are lots of English owners near us and our local pool man Lewis is Spanish he cleans our pool twice a week in the summer and once a week in the winter. The grounds round the villa and garden is maintenance free it is all tiled from front to back the villa and pool is ten years old it happend to come up for sale while we were there in June 2009 we were the first to see it and bought it straight away this the first time we have rented it out and hope to convert the garage which looks like a small house so it will sleep six people. Thank you all for looking. We are a ten minute drive to the new Lo Romero golf course, ideal for golfing holidays.
