About Casa Sa Hort
This beautifully constructed villa is situated in the countryside just 10 minutes walk from a selection of restaurants and shops. It is conveniently located for visiting the old walled town of Alcudia and Puerto Alcudia, where the nearest beach can be found 700m away. Other places of interest that are just a few minutes drive away include the old town of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa.
The accommodation comprises, on the first floor of one double bedroom and four twin bedrooms, all with access to a large balcony, which has spectacular views of the countryside and steps down to the pool area. There is family bathroom and a small separate shower room, with reduced height (sloping ceiling) on this floor. All the first floor bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a spacious living / dining room with feature fireplace and exposed beams. Entertainment is provided here with a satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo system. The separate large fitted breakfast kitchen benefits from all modern conveniences. The villa is very comfortable, being newly furnished and equipped throughout in traditional style.
Patio doors from the lounge lead onto a large covered terrace with patio table and chairs and a brick built barbecue making an ideal ‘alfresco’ dining area. Extensive sun terraces and mature gardens surround the 9m x 6m swimming pool, which has roman steps for easy access, making it ideal for children and the elderly. The villa is set amongst orchards with countryside and mountain views. There is off road parking for two cars.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.
