This large detached villa is located in a quite urbanisation close to the Marina and gives easy access to the beaches and all amenities of Cala D’Or.
The accommodation comprises of, on ground floor of; one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom, spacious living room with satellite TV, DVD player and dining area. There is also a separate kitchen. External stairs lead to the first floor where there is one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and balcony, a further double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. In addition there is a large living room with small kitchenette. Portable Air conditioning units are avaialble to hire (subject to availability).
Outside, there are sun terraces surrounding the 7m x 4m swimming pool. A brick-built BBQ, patio furniture, sun beds and a parasol are provided, making this ideal for ‘alfresco’ dining. There are mature gardens to the side and front of the villa, with off road parking in the drive.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.
The changeover days are fixed and cannot be changed.
Famous for being discovered by a group of artists in the 1930's, Cala d'Or is a lively area surrounded by pine-covered headlands and whitewashed buildings. In days gone by the harbour area was filled with boats bobbing on the waters, these days you are more likely to see the "chic" Cala d'Or marina surrounded by waterfront bars.
The nearby village of Porto Petro is a lot more traditional than Cala d'Or; it has a pretty port with many great fish restaurants serving the catch of the day. Not surprisingly, Cala d'Or has some of the best shops on Mallorca, with leather shops and chic boutiques where you can often find designer clothes at reasonable prices. If you find yourself with nothing to do on a Sunday, then go to Felanitx market where you can buy some local pottery and authentic local crafts.
Esmeralda Garden apartments in Cala d'Or and Las Rocas apartments are popular complexes, being located near to the beach and a good range of restaurants.
