This magnificent detached villa is situated in a quite urbanisation yet only 400m to the Cala Egos beach, shops and restaurants and just over 1km to the Marina. The property is set in extensive grounds with mature gardens with lawns and benefits from lovely sea views and good privacy.

The spacious accommodation comprises of, on the first floor; master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony, two twin bedrooms and a shower room. On the ground floor there is another twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a family bathroom, large lounge / dining room, separate fitted kitchen, with breakfast area and a sun terrace. An additional twin bedroom with shower room has been made available which is accessed externally. The villa is well equipped and tastefully furnished throughout. Portable air conditioning units are avaialble to hire (subject to availability).

From the sun lounge, patio doors give access to a large sun terrace, a magnificent 8m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps and a purpose built BBQ area, with table and chairs. The villa, being constructed on a double plot, has extensive mature gardens and lawns, shaded areas and offers excellent privacy.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.

The changeover days are fixed and cannot be changed.

About Cala d'Or, Majorca

Famous for being discovered by a group of artists in the 1930's, Cala d'Or is a lively area surrounded by pine-covered headlands and whitewashed buildings. In days gone by the harbour area was filled with boats bobbing on the waters, these days you are more likely to see the "chic" Cala d'Or marina surrounded by waterfront bars.

The nearby village of Porto Petro is a lot more traditional than Cala d'Or; it has a pretty port with many great fish restaurants serving the catch of the day. Not surprisingly, Cala d'Or has some of the best shops on Mallorca, with leather shops and chic boutiques where you can often find designer clothes at reasonable prices. If you find yourself with nothing to do on a Sunday, then go to Felanitx market where you can buy some local pottery and authentic local crafts.

Esmeralda Garden apartments in Cala d'Or and Las Rocas apartments are popular complexes, being located near to the beach and a good range of restaurants.
