This truly magnificent house stands in extensive grounds and offers excellent privacy with plenty of room for children to play on the lawns. The beach resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vincente plus the old town of Pollensa are just a few minutes drive away.
The accommodation is on two levels and comprises, on the ground floor of; one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms with quality furnishings and fitted wardrobes. These share a family bathroom and a separate shower room. The impressive, spacious living / dining is very comfortable and benefits from good quality furniture. From the dining area there is access to a large fully fitted breakfast kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob. The washing machine is housed in a separate utility room. A feature spiral staircase leads to the master double bedroom having en-suite toilet and fitted wardrobes. Entertainment is provided by digital satellite TV, DVD player and a music system. All the bedrooms benefit from air conditioning, for a small extra charge.
Outside there is a spacious, shaded terrace giving access to the extensive grounds, which include double entrance gates, drive way and parking area, well kept lawns, flower borders, shrubs and trees. To one side there is a large, purpose built ‘Alfresco’ dining area with built-in BBQ, kitchenette and table to seat ten people. In front of the house, surrounded by lawns is a massive swimming pool being 10m long and 4.5m wide. It is equipped with roman steps for safe, easy access. Terrace furniture, sun beds and parasols are provided. There is off road parking for at least three cars.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.

Pollensa is a beautiful combination of culture, history, countryside and mountains. It is an ideal place for those who enjoy nature and sports including biking, golf, mountain climbing and hillwalking, as well as a multitude of aquatic sports in the nearby Puerto Pollensa only 4km away. The town is also a venue for an important music festival and art exhibitions.
