This delightful detached villa is conveniently located in open countryside, yet within easy reach of the old town of Alcudia and the resort of Puerto Alcudia, where a good selection of restaurants and shops can be found along with the sandy beach which is just 2km away.

The accommodation comprises, on the ground floor, of one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is a very spacious beamed lounge divided into two sections, one with satellite TV and DVD player and the other as a quieter reading area. The separate fitted breakfast / dining room benefits from all modern conveniences. A staircase from the lounge leads to the first floor suit comprising a master double bedroom, with air conditioning (for a small extra charge), an en-suite shower room and a lovely balcony offering views across Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia town as well as open countryside. The villa has high quality comfortable furnishings throughout and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Benefiting from sea and countryside views, this villa is suitable for our most discerning clients who planning a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Double patio doors from the lounge lead to a large covered terrace, which is equipped with patio furniture. To one side there is a purpose built covered Barbeque with Pizza Oven; ideal for true ‘Al fresco’ dining. Steps from the covered terrace lead to the sun terrace and a 10m x 5m swimming pool, which has roman steps. Sun beds and sun beds and parasols are provided to relax by the pool and soak up the sun. The villa is constructed on a very large enclosed plot having extensive mature gardens, an ornamental well and nice lawns to surrounding the pool. At the front of the house there is a long driveway with gates to allow secure parking for a number of cars.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.
