About Princesa
A beautiful home from home situated 5 minutes walk from the main beach in Puerto Del Carmen. This villa was designed by Lanzarote's famous artist, Cesar Manrique. As this villa has no swimming pool, it would be more suited to couples looking for a peaceful relaxing holiday with all the comforts of home from home, without being too far from the local amenities. This beautifully peaceful and private property boasts well established gardens and is centrally located.
The villa comprises of two large double bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space, two modern shower rooms, large lounge with television and English speaking channels, country style kitchen onto a dining area.
The most attractive part of this property is the outside space which is ideal for enjoying quiet evenings cooking al fresco.
For your convenience, you also have the use of a private heated outside shower contained within a walled area.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

“Princesa is a lovely villa and we would highly recommend. Welcome pack on arrival, this is a "home away from home" every peice of cooking equipment you could possibly imagine. The outside space is fantastic and this is where we spent most of our time. We hope to return next year. Ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday”

“We have stayed 3 times in this beautiful villa, and plan to return again. It is brilliantly located in a quiet area and yet is only 5 minutes stroll from the main strip. The owners recommended a few restaurants close by and we were not disappointed. Great food, great value.
The villa has an amazing outdoor shower and a lovely garden and plants. We mostly dined on the terrace outside. The kitchen had everything, the bedrooms and sitting room were spacious and comfortable. We intend to return again next year.”

“Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub hier. Die Villa ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Die Architektur - ein Traum! Das Haus wurde ja von keinem Geringeren als Cesar Manrique geplant und gebaut. Der "Architekt Lanzarotes" hat ebenfalls einmal in diesem Haus gewohnt. Ein absolutes Privileg als Urlauber diese Atmosphäre genießen zu dürfen, die der Künstler in diesem Haus kreiert und hinterlassen hat! Der Garten ist uneinsehbar und bietet absolute Ruhe, richtig zum Ausspannen, Sonnen - und das zusätzlich separate Liegeplätzchen in der Außendusche mit der Palme ist ein Hit. Überall das landesübliche, weißgetünchte Mauerwerk abwechselnd mit dem schwarzen Lavagestein, Kontraste, Akzente... Abends grillten wir draußen und hatten auf der Terasse viele schöne Abende.
Die Villa liegt unweit von Geschäften, dem Meer und der Innenstadt von Porto Del Carmen und so kann man die Ruhe hinter den privaten Mauern genießen und trotzdem am Stadtleben und den vielen Events teilnehmen.
Die Eigentümer der Villa sehen ständig zu, dass alles tip top ist. Wir haben sie ebenfalls kurz kennengelernt, als sie uns kontaktierten, um zu erfahren, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles war sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet.
Also alles in allem, haben wir noch nie bessere Ferien gehabt und werden sicherlich so bald als möglich wiederkommen!
Die Villa Princesa ist eine Reise wert und kann mit den besten Referenzen weiterempfohlen werden! Wir sind total begeistert.”
