This superb individual detached villa is located just 400m from the beach in the ‘Llenaire’ area of Puerto Pollensa. There are a number of restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance. The villa occupies a large corner plot and offers good privacy having hedging all round the gardens to the side and rear where the swimming pool is also located. It enjoys good views of mountains and the resort.

The accommodation is on two levels and comprises on the ground floor of a large impressive entrance hallway having a feature terrarium stocked with tropical plants. To the left is a marble staircase leading to the first floor where there is a large sitting room, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Patio doors from the sitting room and bedroom lead to a communal balcony, which has views to Pollensa town and the coast. On the ground floor from the hallway there is a passage around the terrarium that gives access to a shower room, a laundry room and the modern, fully fitted breakfast kitchen which benefits from all modern appliances including dish washer, microwave, larder fridge-freezer, electric oven, electric hob and gas hob. Double doors from the kitchen lead to a large living room that benefits from high quality leather sofas and magnificent furniture. From this room there are double patio doors to covered terrace on the front of the house. A second comfortable “TV” lounge with lovely furnishings and an enclosed fireplace can be found off the hallway giving plenty of space to relax. This room also has patio doors to the front terrace. Entertainment is provided by a Flat panel satellite TV and DVD player in the main living room and a built in satellite TV and a stereo system in the second lounge. The hallway also gives access to a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the ground floor there are two further twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. The villa is centrally heated throughout and air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms for an extra charge. The villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout in traditional Mallorcian style making and makes offers an idea location for a relaxing holiday in this Popular resort.

Doors from the kitchen and hallway lead out to a lovely rear covered terrace, where there is patio furniture and a brick-built Barbeque to enjoy ‘Al fresco dining’ in total privacy. The rear sun terrace, swimming pool area and gardens can be found from here. The 8m x 5m kidney shaped swimming pool has roman steps for easy access. Sun beds, patio furniture and a parasol are provided. The villa has well maintained, mature ornamental gardens enhanced by many pot plants.

About Puerto Pollensa, Majorca

This old fishing village has managed to retain a wealth of charm; it's a popular destination for people with children or those coming during the winter months. There are plenty of whitewashed properties that span back from the harbour area, making this village rather picturesque too. Located on the North coast, further along the coast from Alcudia, staying here makes a great base for those wishing to explore this part of the island. Many English expatriates have relocated here, also a famous crime writer once wrote a short story entitled "Problem at Pollensa Bay" – Agatha Christie.

There are some lovely apartments in Puerto Pollensa, plus luxury villas if you're looking for something larger. Nightlife is laid back, many visitors are happy to wander along the promenade or sip wine in the beachside bars.
