This modern architect designed villa is situated in extensive grounds and accessed by a private drive. It is located in open countryside and offers excellent privacy yet is just a few minutes drive away from the beaches and shops and restaurants of Alcudia, Puerto Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa.

The accommodation comprises, of open plan hallway, with stairs to the first floor. Here there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom and roof top solarium with magnificent views. On the ground floor, there is another twin bedroom with W.C. adjacent and the stylish master double suite which benefits from an en-suite bathroom featuring twin vanity basins, luxurious sunken jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubical. The comfortable lounge, with feature fireplace, has a TV, hi-fi / CD player and a grand piano. The spacious fitted kitchen benefits from modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob. The spacious dining area is adjacent with large patio doors giving access to a shaded outside dining terrace. The villa is well equipped and tastefully furnished throughout to a high standard. All the rooms are exceptionally large with high ceilings and sizable windows. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and master bedroom.

Outside in the extensive grounds can be found well kept gardens and lawns that surround a 10m x 5m swimming pool which as roman steps for easy access. Sun beds and parasols are provided to soak up the sun and there is a BBQ area, covered terrace with patio furniture to experience ‘Alfresco’ dining at its best. A good sized orchard and some farm land stretches to the front and side of the villa in a extremely large and very private plot.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.

The changeover days are fixed and cannot be changed.
