This large detached villa is conveniently located in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants of Cala Galdana, one of the most sort after resorts on Menorca.

The spacious accommodation is divided into two independent living areas. On the upper level the entrance hallway leads to one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is also a comfortable living room, with satellite TV, a separate fitted kitchen and a covered terrace on this level. Exterior stairs lead down to the lower level, which comprises of one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and an open plan living room with Sat TV and American style kitchen diner. Double doors give access to the lower level covered terrace, which has a brick built barbeque; ideal for ‘Alfresco’ dining.

Outside there are extensive mature gardens with lawns to the front of the villa and to the side, a private 7m x 5m swimming pool with roman steps and a poolside shower. The villa also has a roof terrace with good sea views. Patio furniture, parasols and sun beds are provided for use on the terraces and around the pools area. There is off road parking for several cars.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.

The changeover days are fixed and cannot be changed.

At one time, not long ago, there wasn’t even a road here, although that’s hard to believe now as this thriving resort seems to have it all. Staying in Cala Santa Galdana combines excellent facilities in a fantastic setting. The curved beach with its golden sand and clear blue water, is sheltered by large cliffs that generally help the weather reach higher temperatures. Watersports are very popular in Menorca due to the clear water in the bays and there are some famous shipwrecks to be seen as well as marine life. Cala Santa Galdana has a dive centre that you can try out. Diving can be expensive, however the cost normally includes equipment and training.
