This recently constructed detached villa is located on a corner plot in a quiet residential area. It is within easy walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants of one of Menorca’s most delightful and sort after resorts. Binibeca has been popular with visitors for many years. Besides the gently sloping, safe sandy beach there are many other delightful attractions such as the quaint fishing village, with its narrow streets, the array of shops and the many restaurants, some offering family entertainment during the evenings.
The accommodation comprises briefly of an entrance hallway with double doors to L-shaped lounge / dining room with American style fitted kitchen off. There is a corridor from the hallway leading to one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and a separate shower room. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The villa is specially designed to be suitable for the disabled having wide doors and ramps where necessary. It is comfortably furnished and well equipped throughout having digital satellite TV, stainless steel kitchen appliances and air conditioning, which is available in all bedrooms and living areas at a small extra cost (see extra pricing).
Double doors from the lounge lead to a covered terrace from which there are sea and coastal views. The 8m x 4m private swimming pool with roman steps is complimented by extensive sun terraces, ornamental gardens and a brick built BBQ for those who enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining. Patio furniture, parasols and sun beds are provided. There is off road in the driveway.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.
The changeover days are fixed and cannot be changed.
Binibeca has become one of the most popular resorts on the island and for good reason. This was one of Menorca's earliest coastal developments, combining narrow streets leading to numerous bars and restaurants. Separating Binibeca and Cala Torret is the attractive beach where you can hire sun-loungers and pedaloes, whilst young children can play safely in the sand. It is reported that the beach bar here is the only place on the island whether you can sit and have a drink with your feet in the sea!
There are lots of apartments in Binibeca available for holiday rentals, plus private luxury villas with pools for larger groups.
