This lovely detached villa is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the safe sandy beach and the quaint replica fishing village of Binibeca Vell where a good selection of shops and restaurants can be found.

The accommodation is on two levels and comprises, on the ground floor of a spacious lounge / dining which benefits from modern, solid wood furniture and comfy sofas. Entertainment is provided by a satellite TV, DVD player and a music system. There is a separate fitted kitchen having a range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. In addition there is lovely family bathroom on this level. External stairs give access to a superb self-contained suit comprising of a spacious double master bedroom with a luxurious en-suite bathroom. Double doors from the bedroom give access to a private balcony having panoramic coastal views. The bedroom is beautifully furnished with modern, solid wooden furniture including a dressing table, mirror, bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. This suite offers privacy from the rest of the house and is ideal for teenagers or grandparents.

Outside, double patio doors from the living room give lead to a spacious covered dining terrace, equipped with patio furniture. To one side there is a brick built BBQ to enjoy the true, ‘Alfresco’ dining experience. From here there is a large sun terrace surrounding the 10m x 4.5m swimming pool, which benefits from a built in Jacuzzi unit. Sun beds and parasols are provided for relaxing by the pool. Mature gardens with shrubs, trees and lawns can be found to the front, side and rear of the villa. The washing machine is housed in a ‘laundry unit’ to the rear of the villa. Coastal views from the first floor balcony add to the pleasant aspect.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.

The changeover days are fixed and cannot be changed.
