About Villa Josefa
This delightful detached villa, constructed on one level, is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the safe, sandy beach of Binibeca Nou, which is just 450m away. A selection of shops, restaurants and a supermarket can be found just 250m from the villa making it idea for those not wanting to drive whilst on holiday.
The accommodation, which is all on one level comprises of cosy living room having a feature wood burning stove. The sitting and dining areas lead through to a spacious sun lounge / conservatory. The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob. A corridor gives access to the two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, which have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. The four bedrooms share a family bathroom and separate shower room. Entertainment is provided in the sitting area by a satellite TV, DVD player and a music system. The living room benefits from air conditioning (please see extra pricing), which also cools one of the bedrooms whilst the others have fans available.
Double doors from the conservatory give access to the lovely rear gardens that surround an 8m x 4m private pool with roman steps and a poolside shower. The pleasing aspect is enhanced by hedging around the plot, various shrubs and flowers in the borders. Outside, by the kitchen door there is a separate laundry room housing a washing machine and a tumble dryer. A brick built Barbeque and Patio furniture are provided to enjoy a true ‘Alfresco’ dining experience. There is a children’s play area with a slide, plus sun beds and parasols for guest to soak up the sun in this relaxing location.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.
The changeover days are fixed and cannot be changed.
