This modern, high quality detached villa is located in a quiet area residential area within easy walking distance of the ‘Son Saura’ beach as well as many local shops and restaurants. The Son Parc Golf course is just 1.6km away.
The accommodation, which is on two levels, comprises on the ground floor, of a spacious lounge with fireplace and a separate fitted kitchen-diner having a range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob and stainless steel extractor. There is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two twin bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, and a nice shower room on this level. External stairs from the pool terrace lead up to a self-contained master bedroom having an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. Entertainment is provided by satellite TV (English), DVD player and a CD/music system.
Outside, to the front of the house, accessed from the lounge, there is a covered terrace which extends to the side of the villa and leads to an open ‘play area’ and the rear sun terrace and an 8m x 4m private kidney shaped pool with roman steps, for easy access. Mature gardens with shrubs and trees can be found to the front, side and rear of the villa. There is a brick built BBQ by the pool to enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining. Patio furniture, sun beds and parasols are provided for relaxing by the pool. This is an ideal location for both beach or golfing holidays.
