About Villa Els Pins
This delightful detached villa is located in a quiet area over looking Son Parc golf course. It is within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. The Golf Club and the lovely safe sandy ‘Son Saura’ beach are approximately 1.6km away and can be reached by car in just a few minutes.
The accommodation, which is on two levels comprises on the ground floor of a spacious living / dining room with fireplace and an American style fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. There is one double bedroom, one triple bedroom, with ensiute bathroom, a single bedroom and a family bathroom on the ground floor. A side door from the hallway leads to a laundry area and separate shower. In addition, there are stairs to the first floor double bedroom having an en-suite bathroom and a spacious balcony with easy chairs. Entertainment is provided by satellite TV and a music system.
Outside, the villa has an ‘L ‘shaped’ covered terrace extending to the front and side which is accessed though double patio doors from the lounge. Open sun terraces and lawns surround a very specially designed 10m x 6m swimming pool having roman steps for easy access. To give maximum enjoyment the pool is heated and benefits from the latest Salt Electrolysis purification system. There is also a 2m diameter jacuzzi style spa pool and a poolside shower. A brick built BBQ and patio furniture are supplied to enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining along with sun beds and parasols for relaxing by the pool. There is an open area to the rear of the villa, suitable for ball games. Mature gardens with lawns, shrubs and tress make this a very pleasant location for a relaxing holiday.
