About Casa Nova
This newly constructed detached villa is located in a quiet residential area, within walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants in one of Menorca’s most delightful resorts. Binibeca has been popular with visitors for many years. Besides the gently sloping, safe sandy beach there are many other delightful attractions such as the quaint fishing village, with its narrow streets, the array of shops and the many restaurants, some offering family entertainment during the evenings.
The accommodation comprises briefly of an entrance hallway with double doors to L-shaped lounge / dining room and an American style fitted kitchen. There is a corridor from the hallway leading to one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and a separate shower room. The villa is comfortably furnished and well equipped throughout having digital Satellite TV, DVD Player, stainless steel kitchen appliances and Air conditioning available in all bedrooms and living areas at a small extra cost (Please see extra pricing). It has been especially designed to be suitable for the disabled having wide doors and ramps where necessary.
Outside, double doors from the lounge lead to a covered terrace. Steps and a ramp leading to the spacious sun terraces that surrounds the large 9m x 4.5m swimming pool. Roman steps at the shallow end allow easy access for children, the elderly and disabled. Sun beds and parasols are provided along with patio furniture and a brick built BBQ to enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining. There is off road in the driveway and lovely distant sea views from the patio and gardens.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.

About Binibeca Vell, Menorca
Binibeca has become one of the most popular resorts on the island and for good reason. This was one of Menorca's earliest coastal developments, combining narrow streets leading to numerous bars and restaurants. Separating Binibeca and Cala Torret is the attractive beach where you can hire sun-loungers and pedaloes, whilst young children can play safely in the sand. It is reported that the beach bar here is the only place on the island whether you can sit and have a drink with your feet in the sea!
There are lots of apartments in Binibeca available for holiday rentals, plus private luxury villas with pools for larger groups.
