This delightful detached villa is conveniently located in the sought after resort of San Jaime and benefits from extensive sea views across the ‘Son Bou’ beach. There is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants in the resort. In addition the facilities of ‘Club San Jaime,’ the Aqua Park and maze will keep the whole family entertained.
The accommodation comprises, on the ground floor of two twin bedrooms, a one single bedroom, a family bathroom and a separate shower room. There is a spacious living / dining room, with open fireplace and a separate fitted kitchen with laundry room. On the first floor, the master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and double doors leading to a spacious sun terrace, with sea views. Entertainment is provided in the lounge with a TV and DVD player. The villa is tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout. Air conditioning has recently been fitted to the three main bedrooms and the living/dining area. This facility is available as an extra to cover running costs.
Patio doors from the lounge lead onto a covered terrace, equipped with table and chairs and a brick built barbecue making an ideal ‘alfresco’ dining area. Extensive mature gardens and sun terraces surround the 8m x 4m swimming pool. Adequate patio furniture, sun beds and a parasol are provided. Gardens extend to the front and side of the house, where there is off road parking. The villa is very private and will make an idea location for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

This resort is every sun worshippers paradise. The beach at Son Bou has over 2km of pale sand, making it the longest on the island. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available to hire as are a wide range of watersports. The beach has a few bars, ideal for quenching your thirst or treating yourself to an ice cream or better still lunch! However if you fancy a day away from the beach, go to Club San Jaime, which is near the beach. This unique fun park has a wooden maze, with puzzles and unusual characters, plus a few twists and turns along the way. Suitable for all ages.
