About Toscamar Apartment
This appealing two bedroom, air conditioned, first floor apartment has an outside patio with a relaxing outlook onto a tree lined walkway with a fountain and flowering shrubs.
The apartment is roomy yet compact and consists of a cosy living room with doors directly to the patio, two comfortable bedrooms, a full bathroom a fitted kitchen.
Residencial Toscamar is ideal for familiy holidays because of its position and secure surroundings, has a large pool, a children's pool and play area, two tennis courts, a cafe/bar with games room, a good restaurant and a supermarket.
An hourly bus service (half-hourly in the peak season) takes passengers to and from the nearby seafront (1 km), the Arenal sandy beach (less than 2 km), the attractive Port and the historic old town of Javea.

About Javea, Costa Blanca
Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.
There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.
The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!

We are delighted to offer an excellent choice of holiday villas with private pools in the best areas, sleeping up to 12 people, ranging from good family accommodation to top quality homes with every facility. We also have a wide choice of excellent, good value apartments and townhouses with communal pools and 1 to 4 bedrooms, closer to the sea, the beaches and all amenities.
The Javea area has no high-rise developments, and the medieval town, with its beautiful Arenal beach and pretty old port area, is an untypical, up-market Spanish tourist resort, famed for its friendly welcome and its near perfect climate, with usually 300 full days of sunshine a year.

The opportunity to meet people from different parts of the world, and the pleasure of seeing our guests enjoying not only their holiday, but also the property in which they are staying - not to mention the relaxing atmosphere and the buzz once the sun goes down!
