About Villa La Martina
This delightful detached villa is situated less than a mile to the main beach, the shops and many fine restaurants in Calpe. With a supermarket and restaurant only 100m from the villa it's location will appeal to many.
The accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, a family bathroom and a shower room. There is a spacious living / dining room with TV and a CD music system. There is a separate fitted kitchen benefiting from all modern appliances including ceramic hob, microwave oven and a dishwasher. The villa is well furnished, decorated and equipped to a high standard and has air conditioning units and electric heaters in the main living areas. It is a pleasant location for a relaxing holiday.
French windows from the living room lead to the covered and open sun terraces that surround the 8m x 4m swimming pool. The villa has a brick built barbeque, a poolside shower, sun beds, patio furniture and parasol. In addition there is a separate shaded gazebo set in mature gardens. Off road parking is available.
