This spacious detached villa is conveniently located just 200m from Cala d’Or Marina and 800m from the sandy beach of Calo des Pou. There are many fine restaurants to be found around the Marina. The centre of Cala D’Or and Cala Egos are just a few minutes drive away.

The accommodation is constructed on two levels; on the ground floor there is a hallway with seating area leading to one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both having doors to the patio and a family bathroom. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished and benefits from a feature open fire place giving good ventilation in the summer. There is a separate fitted kitchen with all modern appliances. External stairs lead to the third bedroom which as a large balcony and a full bathroom en-suite. Entertainment is provided by a satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system. Air conditioning is available in all the bedrooms, with a small additional charge.

Patio doors from the living room give access to a large covered terrace at the rear of the house. There is a brick built BBQ and patio furniture for ‘Alfresco’ dining. Sun terraces with sun beds and parasols surround the superb 9m x 4.5m private swimming pool. The villa offers good privacy with high hedges on all sides of the rear gardens. Off road parking is available in front of the garage.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.

The changeover days are fixed and cannot be changed.

About Cala d'Or, Majorca

Famous for being discovered by a group of artists in the 1930's, Cala d'Or is a lively area surrounded by pine-covered headlands and whitewashed buildings. In days gone by the harbour area was filled with boats bobbing on the waters, these days you are more likely to see the "chic" Cala d'Or marina surrounded by waterfront bars.

The nearby village of Porto Petro is a lot more traditional than Cala d'Or; it has a pretty port with many great fish restaurants serving the catch of the day. Not surprisingly, Cala d'Or has some of the best shops on Mallorca, with leather shops and chic boutiques where you can often find designer clothes at reasonable prices. If you find yourself with nothing to do on a Sunday, then go to Felanitx market where you can buy some local pottery and authentic local crafts.

Esmeralda Garden apartments in Cala d'Or and Las Rocas apartments are popular complexes, being located near to the beach and a good range of restaurants.
